Worth it.

I haven’t gotten a chance to actually use it yet, but it’s a great size for toiletry items or if you want to use it for medicine etc. even if you wanted to use it for your cords and misc electronic devices it’s seems like it’d be a catch all multi use bag. I also love the print! It’s much prettier in person.

Roomy and cute

I love this travel bag, it is roomy and very cute. I use it for my office makeup and it fits all my makeup, deodorant and toothbrush and tooth paste. The top opens wide so it is easy to put larger items in the bag and I like that it has an outside pocket for smaller items such as pencils, tweezers etc. The outside of the bag is plasticky so it doesn't really get dirty. I really like this cosmetic/travel bag.

Missing handle, otherwise just what I needed

I almost never post a photo of the actual item, but I feel that this one deserves one. I ordered this item for storing contact lens solutions while traveling. What I like: * Plastic lining: The inside was lined with plastic, so in case of spills, it can be easily wiped off. * Compartments: Two small mesh pockets are perfect for holding contact lens cases. Clear zipped pocket on top can be used to store extra eye drops. The front zippered compartment can be used to store a small mirror. * Wide opening: The top zipper opens almost all the way up, providing easy access to storing. It even looks to be bigger/wider than the original photo, which I really like. * Sturdy: It can literally stand on it's side without falling over. The material feels sturdy and if it's made fromo recycled bottles as claimed, all the better. What I dislike: x Handle: Now it may not be the whole reason why ordered this item, but it's a good 20% of the decision making process (the other four were as listed above). I wanted the handle to be a clear visual clue of how the bottle was stored within the bag itself. So when it's being opened up, I don't have a bottle falling out of the bag right off the bet! Overall, I still like the bag for what it does and how pretty it looks. However, it is still somewhat disappointing to receive an item that does not reflect what was shown on the picture on Amazon. If I had bought this from a no-brand merchant, probably wouldn't have cared as much. However, for an item from Vera Bradley, at over 40 dollars (currently listed at $45), I expected better. Makes me think if I'm receiving a different item, or an old outdated one that has been discontinued.

Wow! I am impressed! This little bag fit all this!

I am so impressed with this Vera Bradley Recycled Small Cosmetic Bag! I am kind of an over-packer, so I like to bring all the comforts of home with me when I travel. I love this bag because it gives me all the room, and then some to pack all my favorite items without weighing down my luggage because it is made from such lightweight material. So without further ado, here are my impressions of this bag: 1. Love the super bright yellow spring pattern. This is so bright and cheerful, and so easy to find in any mountain of clothes in a travel bag/suitcase. 2. It literally has a ton of storage, a zip compartment that is perfect for storing a travel toothbrush and toothpaste keeping them nice and secure, a large open compartment with 2 mesh slip pockets that are perfect for storing small items (like the little emergency medicine packets I always want to carry but don’t want to lose in my luggage.) The large wipe-clean main compartment is very spacious without being bulky, and can store lots of makeup and toiletries. Look how many items I could fit in, and even had room to spare! That’s 24 items, and I still have room for a mini toothpaste, mini sunscreen, Tylenol packets, and travel hand sanitizer which I still need to purchase. This is extremely impressive to me that this bag can hold all this! 3. It stands upright nicely both when filled or unfilled with all the many needed toiletry items I like to bring on any trip. (Trust me I tried overfilling it, and still did not fall over.) It zips securely, and yes, as you can see in the pictures, all this did fit AND zip up! 4. There is an easy to grab handle on the side which makes it easy to pull out of luggage quickly, hang from a hook, or carry the bag from room to room. 5. There is even a front zip pocket to add more items! ( I was able to fit my small comb, touch up brush, and a finishing brush in that zip compartment too.) 6. Love their mission to use recycled water bottles to help reduce their impact on our environment and world by trying to introduce products that you can feel good about using, while being extremely practical, lightweight, (we know how important it to pack light LOL!) water repellent, to withstand different weather conditions. There is so much to love about this bag and I hope you will love it too, for all these reasons and more! Good luck and safe travels.
