Pain To Assemble

I'll admit, I'm not the craftiest or the strongest person around. But I can read instructions and I'm pretty darn stubborn, even in the face of frustration. Assembling this tested me like nothing else. It was 3AM and I was trying to assemble it quietly, as it was a Christmas gift for my husband. The directions lightly suggested using a drill, but who's going to do that in the middle of the night? A majority of the drill holes were sketchy and barely deep enough. I really had to work on inserting the screws. Then I get to the back panel. Six screws, NO DRILL HOLES. This isn't particle board. The remainder of the assembly passed in an agonized blur as I couldn't feel my fingers. What should have taken 1/2 hour took 2 1/2 hours. Never. Again. It's nice and sturdy, though. My husband loves it.

Bought one for my husband's night stand and ended up getting one for myself. Worth it!

Great quality with a little challeng to assemble but worth it!

The quality of these nightstands are really nice and the price point is even better! I bought these specifically to fit our CPAP Machines along with their supplies we need to keep close by. For my purpose, I did not use the shelf that is included in the enclosed door area as I would not be able to store my Distilled water if it was in place. I bought a self adhesive hook and placed it on the side to help organize and hold the hose/mask while not in use. Therefore, please note the middle picture is not how the nightstand comes but is how I modified it to work for me. I am VERY satisfied with these nightstands and would highly recommend them. The Greige and Black color is beautiful! Yes, the directions for assembly could be better but I'm a pretty patient woman and was able to figure it out on my own. It took me about an hour to assemble all while talking and watching TV and I only made 1 mistake that I was able to easily fix. The 2nd time around (I purchased 2) it went much smoother and I was more confident in my assembly.

Cheap and well-designed

We ordered two of these for a guest bedroom. The parts fit well together and assembly is reasonably easy. Power tools are probably a bad idea -- you need only a Philips screwdriver. The first of two was nearly perfect. The second unit's door doesn't quite fit right (trouble closing), but with a little bit of force, we were able to push the door down enough to just barely clear the trim. The furniture looks very good for this price point -- it has a wood pattern, but does not fool anyone upon a close look. I would say that it looks similar to vinyl plank flooring. I did not expect heirloom-grade end tables at 1/14 the price of our nearby Amish furniture store. There were many spots that looked scratched, but it turns out that almost every one of them was just some factory debris that can be removed with the fingernail. Not a big deal at this ultra low-price point.

Thought this was going to be cheap, but it's sturdy and everything aligned perfectly.

I was expecting this to be "ok" not "great". Everything lined up correctly, the door, the holes and screws. Incredibly easy to put together, and nothing is slanted or uneven. At $50 this is better than my ikea stuff. Far better quality than I was prepared for, and super easy and smooth to build.

Easy to assemble, nice looking product.

I recently moved and the movers broke/lost a lot of my furniture which means I am purchasing and assembling A LOT of items recently so I feel I have a good grasp on what is easy to assemble or not. This nightstand was very easy to assemble and seems quite sturdy and well made. No power tools were needed. There is one step where you have to screw in a few screws without any pre-drilled holes but if you just apply a little pressure and keep the screw straight, it’s very easy. I put it together by myself and I wouldn’t call myself particularly handy. I may buy another one to use as an end table in the living room.

Great nightstand for teen room

This was very easy to put together. I usually end up mad and swearing putting this type of thing together, but this one was a breeze. Clear instructions and easy to do. It is very sturdy. My daughter fits lots on and in it. Doesn’t look like cheap garbage furniture, looks great in her room.

Review on end table

I felt the instructions were simple and easy to read. All things were labeled for the end table. The boards, metal rail, and screws were numbered or alphabetized in the pamphlet so the step by step was easy. The layout is simple enough, however, it does require a drill tool to assemble. There are areas that are easy to screw manually, but others require a drill tool to make holes before you can manually screw. If you have a drill tool and regular screw, your fine. However, I'd avoid it if you don't have the drill tool.
