Works Great, 100% Recommend

Works Great, 100% Recommend! My son is in Scouts, so we have a plethora of camping gear. I chose this based on the reviews & how light+compact it can fold away when empty. So far they’ve only been used 3 times & they have performed excellently so far. They’ve been filled ~70% & frozen then used as ice packs that thaw out to be utilized as clean drinking water. *Ensure that you leave room for H2O to expand if freezing, be careful not to over fill or any product failure is on the user, not the engineering design/manufacturing quality of the product.* We live in Florida & even just running errands mandates that you always need something cold to drink in the car. It is starting to heat up for the summer, so these will soon get exponentially more use. The outter material doesn’t seem crisp or fragile when coming out of the freezer, but I do my due diligence to treat it with care when putting them in the cooler & don’t throw them around. Hopefully this product continues to perform as well as it has performed thus far. With two teenagers, I’m sure they will end up giving them a more rigorous durability check than I have. I will update this review if any problems arise with continued use.

Compact travel water bottle

I love how light weight thus water bottle is! It’s perfect for taking on a trip which barely weighs anything and doesn’t take up much space in my suitcase. The only downside is I wish the cap would end at a 90 degree stopping point than what it does. The corner of the bag hits my chin when I’m drinking out of the top.

Foldable WITH water inside

I wanted a smaller water bottle. Maybe 8oz. But I loved that this one was foldable. So I bought it and I only fill it about halfway or less. Then I fold it and put it in my belt bag. It’s worked perfectly for my last 2 exercise sessions outside. I haven’t had it long, but so far I love it.

If you use for any flavored drink, it will absorb and retain the odor from that drink

I like these bottles quite a bit. Purchased them for travel. I discovered something last week that I think people should be aware of. I used one of the bottles when I went to the gym and I frequently add an electrolyte tablet to the water. They come in a variety of flavors. Unlike stainless water bottle, these collapsable bottle absorb the taste from the electrolyte tablets and even after a few cleanings they still smell like the electrolyte (in this case, grape). I'm assuming if you use this for a fruit drink or any other flavored drink, it will absorb that odor too. I purchased a few of these and will make sure that the others are only used for water.

Practical water pouch with a CRITICAL FLAW: the good, okay, and bad

Read for specific good/neutral/bad detail ratings GOOD -capacity: This bottle (1.5L) works great. It holds 2-3x more water than standard water bottles, and I can pack it into almost any bag. I bought this on August 4th, 2022, and it's been used basically daily for 2 months until now. -cap: closes tightly without any leaking -ring holder/carabiner: extremely useful for just holding the bottle with one finger or attaching it to a backpack. -design: it looks modern and sleek. NEUTRAL: -material: after ~2 months of abuse, it's held well, but almost all of the originally pristine plastic is duller and scratchier now -shape: unfortunately no 1.5L bottle of water is easy to hold and drink from, but the flexibility of a pouch like this makes everything harder. With one hand you have to create suction to drink water (highly advise against bc you might choke). With two hands it's less of a problem, but I don't like drinking with two hands. Also, you have to tilt your head quite far back. Basically, don't think this is one of those bottles that you can just grab and put to the side of your mouth to drink from. It's more like a storage container than a bottle. -because it's nearly impossible to wash this bottle, you can only really drink water. It's not that big of a deal because I don't know many people who would drink 1.5L Gatorade or protein shake anyway. -collapsing: yes, it does collapse, but it takes a minute to roll up, water doesn't evaporate out when it's rolled up, and you have to force the carabiner clip to rotate into locking the rolled up plastic. It's not as fast or easy as they promote in the product video. BAD: -durability/product design: so, 1 month after I got the bottle, it started leaking where the screw on cap meets the plastic. I guess I banged it onto a hard surface and it pinched a small hole. No biggie, I put electrical tape over the small hole and it fixed the problem. I also put it in many other areas where I thought there might be a chance of leakage. However, 1 and a half months after the first purchase, another leak sprang, and this bigger leak caused a lot of the things in my bag to get wet. It was at this small "hinge at the bottom of the bag where the inside of the pouch was like less than a millimeter from the edge. I had worried about that area failing ever since I got my hands on this bottle and sat it upright. The water pouch buckles there and I guess it experienced a lot of wear and tear--not the best for a particularly vulnerable/thin part of the bottle. This time, no amount of electrical tape could do the job. I had to throw away the bottle and keep the cap for future use. OVERALL: extremely useful product that keeps you hydrated and stores a lot more water than normal bottles, but design+material prone to unfixable leaking. I will buy this bottle again just because it's literally changed the way I drink water, but remember that it's almost like you are paying a $10/month subscription for a bottle that can leak like this. I'm not sure others would have had the desire to tape leaks shut like I did. Again, this bottle has traveled to Iceland, been thrown around soccer fields, and repeatedly folded up in 1 1/2 months. I think it held up well for a pouch like this in rough hands like mine. But definitely consider my above points when deciding if you want this bottle. If you're more gentle you shouldn't have a problem with this bottle.

Great to tuck into my bag on the way to the airport. Use it for travel, to transport liquor on my trips to save money and in a pinch to pack ice too.

Light weight

I'm 70 and am shaped more like an egg than an hourglass, so with that said I clip this onto my fannypack belt, so I can sip water during my morning walk/jog. At first it would slide from my back and slip around to the front or it would push the whole fannypack around to the front. I think getting it in the right balancing spot with the fannypack was key. It clips on and off the belt easily, I've been using it for about a week now and I'm very happy with it.

Packable and light

I use this as a spare water bottle when traveling as it seems I'm typically traveling with people who either forgot or lost their own bottles! This happened twice and both friends ended up buying this same bottle when they returned home. The clip is very functional.

Durable, fab for a quick trip round town

I’ve folded and unfolded the bottle so many times now and it’s still holding up well. It holds enough for an afternoon walking round town in the sun and getting tasks done in town, recommend it for a durable, moderately sized drink that folds up to a size you can easily stash in a handbag or big pocket

Holds water

Speedy delivery. Had a 0.5 litre before, but now purchased 0.75 litre. Works very well, clips onto my trouser loops so easy to carry. Folds flat for going abroad to get through airport security and fill up afterwards.

So far, so good

I bought this, concerned by other reviews that it wasn't very durable. So far so good. Used it everyday for nearly a year, no leaks, no problems. Folds flat so doesn't take up space when empty. (great for airports). Update - about 3 weeks after I wrote this, it started to leak. However, I have bought another one, just because the design is so clever

The 0.7 l bottle actually holds only about 0.62 L of water when filled to the very top. Not as advertised and sold.

Great Bottle!

I have used this bottle constantly for 2 years and it has been brilliant, but sadly it has just sprung a leak (at the bottom of the bottle on the crease), but am buying another as it is so compact and practicable I can take it anywhere with me, unlike other style of bottles (rigid or round bottles). Don't hesitate to get one, it will be one of the best simple purchases you will make.
