Great chair as long as it doesn't arrive damaged

The look of the chair it great...cushions are pretty lightweight though so time will tell as to how they will hold up to usage. I bought two chairs, and one arrived damaged. It was not due to shipping as the box was fine so I would say the quality control is lacking. Both wooden arms were cracked and rendered the chair unusable. I think it was already returned by someone else, as the hardware bag had been opened and taped shut. The return process was painful as kept getting errors on Amazon that said could not return this item. I had to contact Customer Service and was not able to do an exchange. Had to reorder the item and then wait for the refund. Was not an ideal experience. The next chair better not arrive damaged!

I’ve seen similar or lesser chairs for 2-5x the price. So comfortable and great quality.

Impossible to put together

Chair was super hard to put together. Mine was missing two of the drill holes, which I added, but was frustrating. The screw covers they include are a joke, don’t even try to use them, trust me. The first step is the hardest because of the angle you need to screw the seat into the back rear. Legit took me an hour to get 1 screw in, and I’m good at putting furniture/cabinets/shelving together. The chair itself once completed looked unfinished. There are so many of these types of chairs online, do yourself a favor and buy a different one!

Chips, glue, smudge and missing parts

Bought two chairs. Arrived today. One has missing parts, a smudge on the cushion, and glue on one of the legs. The other has a chipped leg. Not thrilled with this purchase.

Great little chairs

Bought two, both broke within 6 months!

We bought these 6 months ago for our livingroom. You can tell they're a little cheap, but they look pretty good. Unfortunately they BOTH broke recently! My husband and I are relatively small people (definitely way under the weight limit for these chairs). And yes, they were assembled correctly - it was a matter of the leg literally snapping for one of them, and for the other, it was the arm. Would not recommend, unfortunately.

Parts do not screw together properly seamlessly.

It is a shame this item is so poorly designed as it has the potential to be beautiful as in the photos they use. Firstly the item doesn’t screw together seamlessly, the attached photo shows how the chair looks with the screws screwed all the way in. They also include cheap plastic covers for the screws which do not fit, I’ve applied these to many pieces of furniture before and have not had the issues I have had with this piece. They simply don’t fit. I did reach out to their customer service email I found on the website and it’s been a week with no response.

Cracked in half after a couple months- looks like they used driftwood inside to build it

Looked nice and easy to assemble but they’re fragile and cheaply made. Cracked the seat, and I’m normal sized, in less than two months. Do not recommend. Wood inside looks like balsa wood! Not strong at all. They were comfortable until the seat cracked in half and fell through it.
