It's exactly what it is- weight for balloons. Did the job and they looked really pretty with our Under the Sea party.

Inexpensive stylish balloon weight
The balloon weight is exactly as described and met my expectations. I've used this product for several months, and it is still working correctly. This weight is aesthetically pleasing. This product is water resistant, and I used it for an outdoor party with no problems, even over night. This product can hold several balloons at once. Compared to similar products I would recommend this product because, it is affordable and stylish. There is nothing that I disliked about this product. If you're on the fence, just buy it.

Check your local party supply store before spend money on these. Nothing wrong with them, just odds are they are cheaper at local party supply store. Otherwise, of you want to skip the trip to the store, which if your getting a balloon weight I'm guessing you're going to the store anyways right??, then go for it.
