Had a small crack

Such a cute little pot, but I ended up returning it. It came with a small 1mm wide, one foot long crack in the back, likely from warehouse treatment or poor shipping. I was worried the crack would expand with the heat of a fire and cooling or rain exposure from being outside.

Do not buy this. First of all, it's TINY for the price, secondly, it arrived in pieces.

Twice Broken

Ordered my first one. It arrived Broken. Refunded and ordered the last one in stock. It arrived broken. Obviously not durable. A few days my second order the were 13 in stock. Do you have and in stock that are not broken and available for delivery?

This arrived broken.

This product arrived late and shattered into many pieces. I am returning it. I paid 169.00 for it just a few days ago and looked at ordering a replacement but the list price is now 319.99. No thank you. There should be a zero stars option.

Do not buy this product. Poor quality and bad packaging.

Faded after one fire

The outer finish on this chiminea faded from a terracotta color to white on the outside after one fire.
