It’s good does the job

They are practical; would have loved them to be a bit more snugged to warm the hands better. They are regular heating pads folded and sown around the edges so when warming they do but more to one side than not so much the whole hand, mine are small thin hands so not as snuggle as I would have like. Good thing both on one cord where the control is so just uses 1 plug ????

Mostly love them

Bought them as a "heating pad" for my arthritis but wish I had known the inside cloth comes out when you take your hand out.

Love these! Perfect to warm up cold hands on cold winter days.

I have mild arthritis in my hands which get cold very easily. I love these! My manicurist recommended and I do, too. Just plug them in, set the temperature desired, insert hands for overall warming about 20 minutes, then unplug. My cats love to sit on them while I'm warming my hands. Like any other heating pad, don't forget to unplug when you're done.

Make good massage lotion bottle warmers.

I bought these to warm massage bottles. I did not want to warm bottles sunk in drippy warm/hot water. I also have had the expensive, stainless steel, professional warmers, that never melt the bottles, but barely get the lotion room temperature. The Conair Mitts are by far a superior way to go. These Conair mitts have 3 levels of heat. The first is a little low. The 2nd is good, and the 3rd will melt the bottles enough that their shape will be distorted and eventually useless. I cut tops off from the feet of cotton socks, to use the the tops to insulate the bottles. Just slide the bottles into the cotton sleeve you have devised and then place the sleeved bottle in the mitt, Place the mitt upright in a small box (I later opted for an old crock pot ceramic liner found at a yard sale, instead of a cardboard box), just big enough to place the two mitts upright with a folded hand towel between the two mitts to keep the mitts from heating up too much because they are touching. YOU MUST NOT screw the lids on when warming them, or the heated lotion will expand up and out spewing inside or outside the mitt, according to how deep you place the bottles. Just set the lid on loosely, and when ready to use the bottle of lotion, screw them on completely. I wad up the foot portions of the socks that I cut off, and stuff them into the bottom of the mitts to spread the mitts out to stabilize their upright position and keep the bottle from sliding down too far. Actually, I have a half dozen pairs of socks invested for this, so I can wash them in rotation. ALSO, I plugged the mitts into a timer that starts heating up the bottles 30 minutes before I arrive at the clinic, and turns off 30 minutes before closing time. . May sound complicated but it actually is easy. I am no longer messing with how to heat bottles! As Forrest Gump noted: "That's good. One less thing."

please read!!

okay so from using this I have learned one. keep the blue wrap on it. it keeps the heater working better. i took the blue sleeve off... not as hot not as effective. Two like I have been having hand pain like no one's business. I hate!!! hate!! hate!! taking pain killers. Last night I I put lotion on and some plastic gloves with a cloth glove over. woke up with less pain in my hands... I went from depressed to blessed! great purchase. don't regret at all.

The inner material quality is not user friendly

I am satisfied with this product, but the material the inner bag is made of is not skin friendly. There is always an issue inserting my hands in since the skin around the nails is not always smooth, which makes inserting the hands not smooth. I wish it was made out of soft and natural fabric rather than this nylon/polyester low quality fabric. All in all it does the job with the uncomfortable annoyance.

Truly remarkable!!!

I suffer from chronic dry hands to the point where my fingertips crack and in winter this condition is so painful. I received these mitts and massaged hand cream onto my hands, wrapped hands in plastic wrap and put my hands into the mitts for 20 minutes on the medium setting and my hands are now as smooth as silk even my fingertips. I am making this part of my routine as I have struggled for years to find a solution trying every product available to no avail until now. The added bonus is the pain relief my arthritic hands received. This is a win win product. I give it my heartiest recommendation.

Great for arthritic hands

My husband has arthritis in his hands. He found trying to use a microwavable bag inefficient. He really likes these. Turns them on and can slip his hands in and out with ease. They are well made with decent heat settings. Wish they had a timer.

I love it.

I received my order earlier than expected which was great. Nice and clean package. I use it for my clients during their deluxe manicure or when gel colour removal; in both cases they love it. The only thing is that I have to find a way to avoid putting plastic bag on their hands as I do not like to be a plastic garbage maker.

Stopped working after two months of minimal use

Bought this item in August and used maybe 3 or 4 times then just stopped working altogether, wont switch on, nothing. Don't know if it even comes with a 12 month warranty or if it does it's unclear how to go about returning a faulty item as it has been shipped from overseas.
