Durable Bag
★★★★★ from Glock22 on January 4, 2017 Side mesh pocket easily holds onto my 40 oz This is an outstanding bag, I purchased as a Go Bag for work. I have had this bag for a few months now, and half a deployment of flying in a helicopter nearly daily, and it has definitely stood the test. Side mesh pocket easily holds onto my 40 oz. HydroFlask water bottle with elastic strap that is inside the pocket as well as the strap seen on the outside. The two front compartments are nearly hidden and very compact, keeps everything inside tight and quiet. The smaller of the main compartment contains two mesh pockets inside as well as an organizer section, the pocket can hold a considerable amount of gear and keep it separate from each other if desired, for quietness or just organization. Large main compartment can hold a considerable amount of stuff as well, I currently have an Eno hammock as well as the straps for it, a full roll of toilet paper in a dry bag, a change of clothes, and room for my Tupperware of food, and it still has plenty of room for more stuff. the bag is very comfortable to wear, even when it is loaded, and has a padded pocket at the lower back for a pistol, that I can fit my full sized Glock 22 in or my wife's M&P9 in easily. Also, has a poncho type sleeve that can come out and cover the backpack with or without you wearing the bag and is stowed in a very concealed pocket under the bag. MOLLE attachments cover the bag from the sides to the front even on the bottom. Plenty of room to put all of your gear such as knives or multi tools or pouches. There is a good video that will quickly show you everything you need to know about the bag at the Tru-Spec website

Disappointing
Overall, not the quality I was expecting, especially at this price point. Everything about the bag seems cheap. The zippers are clearly cheap, and are often difficult to pull. The stitching is weak, and I can often hear the sound of the threads stretching/tearing while packing or carrying it with a moderate load (2 days worth of clothes and a laptop). The elastic that holds the excess adjustment straps in place is falling off. The inner lining is surprisingly thin, and wears easily . The mesh storage pouches are very small-great for pens and pencils, but not much else. Lastly, the belt is absurdly huge, and therefore unusable. I have been using it for several months now, and have decided to replace it with something more reputable. This is unfortunate because the concept is excellent-especially the concealed pouch and built-in rain cover.

Best pack I've owned yet!
I freaking love this pack! This has pickets galore, sturdy, comfy, built well, hidden conceal carry puch,hydration functions, and build-in rain cover. I wish I had these when I was still in the Army! I'm about 5o buy another just for hiking/rucking!

I was in the army for nine years, this is actually a well constructed pack. I was a little nervous considering it was cheaper than 5.11, Blackhawk, etc... however its pretty awesome, and great for a few days rucking...

Great backpack! I use this everyday at my university. The only con is that the waist strap is massive and won't fit, but it is removable.
