Broken inside the package

i really like it, easy to set up. the roof beam did come destroyed, with nothing else in the box damaged which i assume was packaged like that considering it was literally in pieces wrapped in plastic and everything else was totally fine. amazon is sending a new box and i’ll swap out parts and send it back. overall i’m happy with the product

Modified to use as a shed for my AutoMower Husqvarna 115h

As some others have mentioned, the handling during shipping seems to be the biggest toss up. You can get a few pieces broken or entire panels destroyed. My experience was a bit better than some other but not perfect. The top wooden piece that goes on the roof was cracked, however it was salvageable so I fixed the crack with clear window silicone. Assembly: Too easy. This thing came in a about 6 pieces and just required a few screws and a couple of bolts that were provided. Modification: I ended up taking apart the front as shown in the picture and removing 4 or 5 slats from each side of the door. I also had to cut the door trim high enough so that the top of the automower could clear the door. Additionally, I took the cross member that normally goes on the bottom and moved it to the top of the opening to provide extra support. I also did not use the floor and just put it aside. It was very easy to modify this and I high suggest using this as a mower shed. As a bonus I bought the vinyl flaps and installed them to the front of the door to provide just a little bit more protection from the elements.

Simple to put together

Seems sturdy and it was easy to put together. Just make sure your door is wide enough to take it outside if you put it together inside....Mistakes were made

If you order a size large, put it together outside since it won't fit out most doors.

Like in photos

Looks just like in photos, I got a size medium and my miniature schnauzer fit perfectly. I might paint it because the wood doesn’t look to finished

Fit my 80 lbs German shepherd

This dog house came damaged but after fixing the broken pieces it was a nice house for our German Shepherd.

Very Easy To Assemble!

I really love this dog house! I love the look of it, and also how easy it was to put together! It only took me about 15 minutes by myself. Only 4 stars because when I first received the package several of the wood pieces were broken. But it was a fairly simple process to exchange for another one.

Sizes are inaccurate and unacceptable

The sizes are a Con. It is the size of the roof which massively overhangs the front and the size. Do Not... Go off the sizes shown. I measured my dogs crate as a comparison before ordering what was the nearest size. It's far too small for the dog. Absolute joke and a waste of money.

Needs silicone to be 100%

Screws going through the felt roof is a bit silly. I just put silicone over them. Also the centre join of the roof would leak I'd suspect if you didn't use a sealant.

Cosy

The measurements given are external, including eaves, so a little bit smaller internally. We have a border-collie X, a bit larger than standard, but she loves her new kennel. Easy to assemble and keeps the elements at bay.
