I have a little issue with the width.

The width of the left foot was small than the right foot.

You'll need to order a size larger than your actual shoe size.

I originally ordered a size 11 Men and received it, but it was a bit too small so I requested an exchange to a larger size 12, but I need whoever is fulfilling the order to check the shoe size in the box matches the actual box, because they resent me size 11 in Men again. This is the second return I'm going through and if the correct size isn't provided I will cancel this order. Thank you.

Same size, but one strap is much tighter than the other.

Same size, but one strap is much tighter than the other making these very uncomfortable for me. The one strap is too tight and puts too much pressure on my foot and won’t allow my foot to slide in all the way.

Quality control gone down the drain

The straps are way too tight, one being tighter than the other. Ive had two of these before and never had an issue. Now i had to buy and return two pairs for being way too small in the band, and had to size up twice, and now im in the too large to be practical area. The whole thing is a joke, way to go timberland
