Superior to Carhartt in every way

I used to be a "Carhartt for Life" kind of guy, but they reduced the quality of belt buckles and I was tired of them snapping. A belt buckle should always outlast the leather itself. I've been quite happy with the other Timberland Pro products I've tried, so I thought I'd give this one a whirl. I prefer my belt on the tighter side for a little lower back support, so I thought a double-pronged buckle would help reduce wear on the leather when on a tighter setting. It would seem my suspicion was correct, as I'm seeing ZERO wear in the leather when I would already be seeing a little bit of localized creasing on my old Carhartt belt. I am quite pleased. The belt buckle itself is bigger and thicker, so I have no doubt it will outlast my old Carhartt belt. It provides ample support, looks good, and contrary to my expectations, the double-prong isn't any more complicated to use. I would absolutely recommend this belt to anyone who needs quality.

Not a 30 dollar belt

At best this is a 15 dollar belt. I went to several local stores looking for a similar better quality belt before I made this purchase.

Horrible product

At first glance, this belt appeared to be well made. However, after only 30 days, the rivets holding the belt to the buckle failed. I fixed that with rivet replacements. 5 days later, the buckle lost one of the tines (it has 2). At that point, I was done. Not a well made belt. I expected alot more from this brand.

the belt itself and buckle are good,,,the 42 mm width looks good with jeans... would like to see more belts available in this width,,, the loop that holds excess belt is not sewn into the belt and is lightly stitched, cant see it lasting for long,,, belt is short, i bought a 38 inch belt for my 36 jeans and am on the first holes.

Not worth it breaks easily

Great for jeans.

Fits perfectly. Great quality. I can actually see this belt lasting for years. Not like all the other made in China garbage out there now. Definitely worth the money. The wideness of the belt makes it perfect for wearing with jeans. I've had lot's of issues with wearing a regular width belt with jeans. They get all bunches up or either hang over or come down below the belt at the back. This belt fixes all that. Great, great belt.
