Love these.

I love these hot pads. They can drape a bit so they fit well enough around achy knees and shoulders, or just lean against them for back pains. They have a strap, but I cut mine off. They stay hot long enough to ease whatever hurts. I ruined my first pad by “reheating” for too long in the microwave, so something to be aware of. Too much heat turns the clay interior to brick. Just follow the instructions for time and wattage, and then no problem. Much more effective than a regular plug-in heating pad.

love it !

I had to buy a replacement for the previous one I had because I messed up . I put the heating pad in the microwave for 4 minutes and it exploded in my microwave. PLEASE DON’T BE LIKE ME ! Always follow the instructions and never exceed the time to heat up the pad !

Use this for ICe therapy on lower back and shoulder areas. Works great and is durable.

Takes a while to heat up but works beautifully!!

I had to heat mine a few times with short bursts since it took longer than the directions said it would to heat up, but it kept the heat for hours and was so helpful and comfy!! Definite recommend.

Best heating pack

I received this heating pack today because I'm having neck pain. I put it in the microwave for 45 seconds and I've been using it for the past 20 minutes and it's only gotten a little less hot. This heating pack stays hot for a very long time. Very affordable and worth the money I would recommend.

Works great

Use these more often than plug-ins. Bought one for both kids as well. Not tethered by cord. Abke to mold around ankles and necks. Not stiff like plug-ins. Careful not to over microwave. It can get very hot. Continues to heat up for a short time after cooking. Stays warm for quite a while. My mother used one for 10 years. It actually started to dry out a bit. One day it exploded in microwave with only 45 seconds of heating. No damage to microwave, but had to toss.

Clay hard as rock and broken up when I received the packs

Bought 3 packs and all of them were hard as rock when I received them. I've ordered other ones before to know that the clay is soft to touch and flexible. I tried to soften them in the microwave but it's remains hard and you can't even bend the pack. Upon inspection, I can see the clay already broken up into sheets and pieces. Very disappointed at this purchase and the return policy sucks as well - doesn't cover shipping fee (and these packs weight a lot!) and there's a 20% re stocking fee? Will not recommend buying from this seller.
