Snug fit, good grip

Good quality metal, smoothly applied plastic. Looks classy; reduced noise and shelf movement. Great option for shelves holding glass.

Know what you ate ordering

My husband measured wrong and when we got them they were too small. Otherwise, they would have been great! We returned them. Can't find the bigger size ones anywhere!

Rubber Covers Work Well with Glass

There are a number of different shelf pins available, and there's a multitude of choices when it comes to pin shape/size/configuration. These were perfect for my application as we were retrofitting 30" glass shelves. The new shelves were 3/8" thick with polished edges and placing them directly on metal shelf pins just wouldn't do. We liked the consistency of these pins and the rubber "coating," ensures the glass doesn't slip. Ordered some extras just in case. As an aside, Hillman is carried in the United States at Lowe's - these are also available in four-packs directly at the retail outlets for a slightly higher price.

Good quality

These seem strong and sturdy. Could not actually use because too big for the holes in our kitchen cabinets. I bought the wrong size so have not actually used.

Sturdy and fits great!

A perfect replacement peg for the Carson Threshold Bookcase at Target

When we moved, we lost a couple of shelf pegs/pins for our Carson Threshold Bookcase (from Target). I called Target and unfortunately they do not sell replacement pegs. After trying a couple of different brands, I stumbled upon these (The Hillman Group 52077 Metal Shelf Pin with White Tip (3/8" x 1/4"). They are a perfect fit and very sturdy! Highly recommend!
