Dedicate at least an hour and you will be really pleased with the results
Used this to tune up one pair of “used only once” 3 year old skis and one pair of well used, rusty and gnarled 4 year old kids skis. Works great, but requires ample patience and decent technique at holding the stone straight.

Don't love the fact the diamond is edge to edge
Pros: Qaulity Grit Cons: Diamond does cover edge to edge. So in the case of some skis where the side wall is heavy it hard to really just hit the edge of the ski.

Disappointing
Very small and not very effective in sharpening edges

Great for removing case hardening and burrs.
This is a 70mm file, and it fits into my FKTools Multi Tuner. I set the side edge angle on my tune, and just wet file the edge until smooth. Just the right amount of abrasion for removing gnarly burrs/hardening - which a standard file or gummi stone can't remove. Durability might be questionable, the actual "file" seems paper thin so I don't know how it'll hold up.

Only 1” x 2.75 “. Why would they lie? What’s the point? Just to piss us off? Good job SWIX Marketing Team. How about editing your item here and having some integrity. I’m sure the stone is fine but why the need to BS?

I don't usually write product reviews, but this wasn't great. It is a way overpriced thin, tiny stone surrounded by plastic. For my skates I got a Y file that touches up edges and it came with a stone that was better quality than this, that was cheaper than this tiny thing. I don't even use this stone it's so bad. I would've sent this back but I just took the loss.

Really Like This File
Better than many others I bought. I carry it all the time to the ski slopes and use it for touch up between waxing.
