(As of spring 2023) The navy blue version is actually a completely different dress (the Ace Mini Dress) which runs much looser and is intended more as a cover up. Not the power dress with shorts. I could tell the difference from the photos but do your research before buying!

This does not have shorts built in. I thought it would. My bad. I'm not sure if I'll return it or not. SB quality and otherwise to my expectations.

Great summer dress!
It is a little tricky getting on because the liner is actually shorts! But it is very flattering, comfortable and practical! Great summer color and perfect dress!
