Good size

9 in. plates are just a little too small. These are a great size, they hold a steak or burger with room left to maneuver or add something. Use two for added sturdiness, as with any paper plate.

Could be sturdier

Overall, great plates. Size was perfect. But, they weren’t as sturdy as I expected them to be based on other reviews. Our guests actually doubled up, which was necessary. I would use again for inside, everyday use- but probably not for outdoor barbecues when some might be holding in their hands or on their laps.

Not durable for hot food

Ordered these for family dinner and they were not sturdy. They did not hold up well for hot food.

These worked well. Very sturdy! Ordered because they were compostable.

We ordered these to use for a very large gathering and needed something sturdy and something compostable. We will not use styrofoam ever!

Lots of space for food. A lot of plates. Work so much better than paper plates!

Good quality

These plates are super sturdy! I’ve ordered them a few times for birthday parties, BBQ’s and a graduation party. People are surprised when I toss them in the compost pile.
