Happy with purchase

I bought four 95" panels. I'm happy with the overall look. I have a toddler, so I didn't want to spend a ton of money on something. I put a photo with other shades of gray so you could see what the color looks like. Depending on the light, it does have a blue tint. I like them. ????

Not Blackout Curtains

I don’t consider these curtains to be blackout. I can see shadows outside during the day. If you’re looking for a true blackout drape this isn’t it. Fortunately, these weren’t purchased for a bedroom where light entry would be a problem.

Nice curtains, but not blackout

This review is for the Sun Zero "Barnett Trellis" Blackout Grommet Curtain Panel, 40" x 84", Gray. For the price, these are really nice curtain panels. The trellis geometric pattern and gray color provided a nice modern touch to our bedroom. The grommets slid easily onto our curtain rod, and we did not feel the need to iron them -- any wrinkles fell out easily. Our bedroom window is large and faces a road, and there is a street lamp not far from the front of our house. So we were looking for something to reduce the 'light pollution' at night. Overall, the curtains DO provide a significant reduction in light, but they are not "blackout". I would classify them more along the line of "light blocking" or "light filtering". They do improve on privacy, and with the reduced light and the white backing, it does seem to help our room stay cooler on hot days. I don't know about helping it stay warmer in the winter, though they are thicker than what we had before, so it might help. They block enough light that it helps us stay asleep when people rudely have their headlights shining in our window at 5am. The only other issue I had is that our room has a 'double' sized window, so it's like if you took two windows and put them side by side. Given that, I really do wish they offered these panels in 80"x84", as well. Since we like to keep the curtains closed, pulling the 40" panels closed made it look like we had sheets hanging. To keep some of the bunching, I had to order two more panels to cover the window. That results in some overlap. It looks okay, but two large single panels would have looked better, I think. Generally speaking, I recommend these curtain panels, but with the caveat that they are NOT blackout. Do not expect these to block all incoming light. Also, they are best for covering a regular (not double) sized window.

Not gonna lie, I was p*ssed when they shipped & I realized that they only give you one curtain per order. Seller was sneaky by slipping that into the description at the very bottom lol. That's on me though. Overall, they are super cute, just not as thick as I was expecting. Not really mad about that, just kind of salty that I have to order another to finish my curtains lol

These are not BLACKOUT curtains. I had to buy liners to make them blackout.

These are NOT blackout. The light does come through. I ended up buying liners in addition too these to make them blackout.

Beautiful! Don't cut it though

This is exactly what I wanted, it's a bit too long for my kitchen window and only came in a single curtain rather than 2 so I had to order another one. Tried to trim it and sew it to fit my RV window properly. It's still useable but this material freyed pretty badly when cut. We managed to hide most of it by folding the seam, unfortunately my mom accidentally cut through the presentation side of my curtain a little and when we tried to repair it, it freyed. Luckily it's on the bottom so should be hidden by a table. Should have just taped it from the back. Can be sewed to a different length but I do not recommend cutting this fabric!

Nice product, arrived faster than expected

The curtains look nice and have a good feel to the touch. They are not 100% black out but definitely stop enough light to sleep comfortably. They arrived faster than expected, which was great.

Très beaux!

Ils sont très beaux! Ils ne sont pas très occulants mais se n'etant pas notre souhait. J'ai commandé le noir, je me questionne si jai reçu le noir ou le marine, notre famille a un avis partagé...mais dans tout les cas ça va fiter dans notre décor un fois peinturé donc c'est correct...mais si j'ai bien reçu le noir il a parfois l'air marine.
