Good size and lots of room to be creative

What an amazing project for a world traveller who loves cross-stitching! I was really happy with the price (including very low shipping to Mexico!) for such a unique cross-stitch project. The map is a good size and you can pick out just about all but the tiniest countries. I wish that Canada and the US had the provinces and states also marked out, but that's a quibble. The map itself is on really sturdy embroidery cloth and is ready to hang up -- no assembly required. I love the four bright colours of floss that came with the map, but they're definitely not enough to do justice to a large project. The map came with two needles and one of those was broken. You also get a sheet with some ideas for alphabets and designs.

Wish it came with the wooden frame unattached

I love this cross stitch kit but it's difficult to do with the frame attached. I took it out of the frame to work on it.

Great quality

Very good quality. I wish it didn’t already come in the wooden hanger, as that makes it a little unwieldy when trying to stitch. The fabric is very thick and stiff, which is good, but I can’t put it in an embroidery hoop. So overall it’s good quality, but unyieldy to work with.

Perfect Christmas Gift.

The perfect Christmas gift for the world traveller, especially when they also do cross stitch!! Well packaged, in what I assume to be acid free paper. Clear printing on the fabric. Perfect gift. If you want to feel like you really nailed the gift for your "they already have everything and they travel so much what kind of neat thing could we ever find" loved one, this is the ticket.

Would like to see options for the embroidery thread!

I love the idea of this map. I purchased if for my boyfriend along with plane tickets! It’s reusable if you’re not happy with the stitching you’ve done. I do wish the colors of the threa was a little more mature, it looks like it’s meant for a younger customer base but we still think it’s fun! Good thing embroidery floss is cheap! ????

Fun way to keep hands busy- unleash your creativity

Super fun- I’ve never done cross stitch or embroidery but found this very approachable. Easy learn quickly- i’ve been redoing my first places as i get better- great way to keep hands busy- relaxing as well.

This is super cute in my house

This is super cute in my house! It comes with super bright colors and a little cheat sheat to help you start cross stitching . The canvas that it comes on is pretty durable and easy to work. I would like this if it were just a bit bigger but regardless i haven't seen anything like this and its adorable! I would definitely recommend this product!

Love this! I try to travel whenever possible and I love little things that remind me of my adventures. As a stitcher, I don't always think printed aida looks good but I am very happy with how this one looks. It is going to be a fun project!

Great gift idea for this who like travelling

It's really good quality, especially in relation to price. It comes with some basic strings of cotton, so you might want to buy some extra if you want to be more creative. It is just really good quality

Great product, makes for some fun creative weekends and lots of people comment on it. Could do with more thread - I don’t think I’m that well travelled but I ran out! Not as big as you might expect.

What a neat idea!

This is so much fun! I've already stitched all of the countries i've been to, and am looking forward to travel more. I'd say the only tiny drawback is that smaller countries cannot be easily stitched.

Looks great hung on the wall! Slowly working through stitching it but it looks great even before stitched so I can just add to it as and when. Comes with some coloured thread and a chart to get you started with lettering ideas. Well made and a great talking point.
