Perfect replacements

Old spindle tube flange weld broke on my 10 year Snapper RER. Bought the tube and figured I would replace the bearings as well. I think they are the same as the originals, They seem to be shielded and sealed. Pressed them into place, reinstalled the spindle and it purrs like when it was new.

Perfect Fit and Initial Operation Quiet and Smooth.

Replaced two failing bearings in a 15 year+ John Deere mowing deck Double Spindle assembly. Full Replacement spindle was over $175. For under $20 and less than 15 minutes in minimal effort, pulled the old bearings and installed new. Perfect fit and initial test / check-out resulted in very smooth & quiet operation eliminating the noise associated with a failing bearings. Will see how they last / perform over time.

The bearing was as described, priced reasonably, and works well for my application (snowblower). Shipping was fast also.

John Deere is over priced!!

This bearing saved me 200+ dollars, no that is not a typo....John Deere would not sell just the bearing they would only sell the whole pulley assembly together at a ridiculous price, I was able to knock out the old bearings and put in the new ones in a few minutes with little effort and no special tools....

Had to send the stens 230-033 bearing back I got the wrong ones. but they are a very nice bearing if they would have been the right size I would have used them.

Parts fit my John Deere and it is mowing pretty well again. Nice seller to deal with.

These are not sealed

Just as an FYI, this is a shielded bearing being offered where a sealed bearing should be used. For me, disassembling and reassembling the spindles is easy - got the right equipment - so they will go in temporarily - will keep a close eye on them. However, if you only want to rebuild once, get the proper sealed bearing.
