Perfect for my Mom!

We bought this for our mom because she had 3 separate falls when getting out of bed at night. The minute we installed this, she has never had another fall. This bed rail is EASY TO INSTALL and super easy to use! It locks in place and there's no way to unlock it unless you are standing outside the bed. It is perfect for our 89 year old mom! And the pockets hold her Kleenex and cellphone! We've been using it for 2 months now and love it. It's a little difficult to change the sheets, but SO WORTH the trouble!! Super great purchase!!

Love it!

The railing works great! My husband has grown weaker and this gives me the reassurance he won't slide out of bed again. I also love the 3 lengths. Easy to use and attaches to the box spring with a strap

Exactly as described

We installed it on an adjustable full size bed base (from Sam’s Club). It has worked perfectly for the few months we’ve had it. We were careful to place the base tubes on a flat section of the bed base with no folding part between the tubes. It has worked well in the middle as well as at the head of the bed. I disliked the high price, but it has done everything exactly as described. We are happy with our purchase.

Well Built bed rail

The product is very well built. My only reason for not giving five stars is that I wish that there was an easier, more secure way to secure the rail to the beds base. Something like a simple archer mechanism so that you could get the straps a little tighter. I like to sometimes lay with my back against the rail with a pillow between. But when the rail can move a few inches then the pillow can sink down, or it’s to uncomfortable without a pillow I may look for a small ratchet, like you find for strapping down cargo.

sturdy / secure adult bed rail

Needed a bedrail to prevent rolling out of bed during dream enactment. This is sturdy -- steel; adusts width; folds down easily; and has a strap to secure around bed frame. If you need one...this is a good one.

BE CAREFUL TO HAVE THE RIGHT BED BASE FOR THIS RAIL!

*BE AWARE* This bed rail should only be used with a divan bed. The bars that go under the mattress will fall between the slats on a slatted bed base, and the slightest movement in bed will nudge them off even if you do manage to precariously perch them on a slat. Annoyingly, the information states it will work on any bed which is why I bought it, but this is simply not the case, and it's extremely unsafe to use on anything other than a flat based bed. The bars are also so large that they can be felt even through 2 mattresses. Aside from that, the assembly instructions are atrociously unclear, and poorly printed (tiny, blurred print). You get random amounts of various bits and pieces so you can't easily tell if you've mis-assembled, or if just supplied with too many of one thing. Took an age to get it built, even for a flat pack veteran. To then find out it won't safely attach to the bed frame was infuriating. Needless to say, taking the damn thing apart to put it back in the box is not a fun task either, and of course you can only return it by paying for postage at a royal mail parcel shop, and the company do not compensate you for the entire cost of this, about half the price you pay is what you get once it's returned apparently, and you have to pay the £20 insurance for the return as it is worth over £100. I'd avoid unless you have the correct bed base, super thick mattresses, and the patience of a Saint.

Well worth the cost

Bought because my wife who is disabled has difficulty getting in and out of bed but more importantly has a fear of falling out of bed. The bed rail works on either side, expands to virtually double its width and when not needed folds flat against the side of the bed. Whereas not the cheapest bed rail on the market does everything I need it for. Excellent product.

Just what was needed

Bought this for my mother in law for safety reasons as she needed a supportive adjustable bed rail with her single bed. Its worked a treat and is of good quality and design. Also easy to get in and out of bed because the rail folds down by pulling the knobs.

Excellent Quality

I was apprehensive about whether or not the bed rail would fit our King Size bed. I needn't of worried, it fits really well, it's very stable and good quality. Had no trouble fixing it and assembly was easy. Couldn't be happier with this, thank you.

Very impressed.

This was out of stock at most places I had looked...but Amazon had them, and at £12 cheaper! Ordered it, and it was delivered in 24 hours!!! Really impressed with the rails...there are cheaper a available, but really glad that I spent a little more because it seems worth it for the quality of it.
