Not for High Arch

These boots are good quality and cute. They fit until I tried to zip them. After struggling for a few minutes, I got the left boot zipped, but couldn’t get the right one to zip at all. I returned them with free shipping, so it worked out okay. But I prefer to shoe shop in a store. That way I know whether they fit and are comfortable right away.

too small and I'm expected to pay the return postage. What a disappointment.

I am a true size 9 in a shoe. these are too small. I'm expected to pay the return postage which I don't think is right for the reason that I am returning them. I could not try them on without receiving them. I'd order the next size but what if that won't fit. The shoes look great. I'm disappointed. You could make it right by paying my return postage.
