Looks nice; you will need pipe wrenches

It looks nice, much nicer than the exposed copper pipes that were there in our cabin. The instructions say to tighten with pipe wrenches and it really means that. I first put it together with pliers, and the threaded joints leaked. You will need some heavy-duty 18-inch pipe wrenches. And with those, it was impossible (for me) to avoid scratching the chrome surface.

Nice BUT ....GARBAGE !

Great solution to my problem which was having to expose the new plumbing because the old pipes were unusable and cemented behind block walls. Here's the MAIN issue with this item: Yes they LOOK nice BUT the threads are garbage. I have now bought 4 sets of these for my properties over the years and they all have the same issue: It's nearly impossible to get them to seat correctly and not leak. You Will without a doubt need to marr the finish to the point where its very noticeably damaged just to tighten the pipes to where they might not leak. You have no idea. My plumber with 35 years as a pipefitter cannot believe the struggle we had to set up 2 showers and after 8 hours THEY ARE STILL LEAKING!!!!. If you fix one joint leak another will appear. Notice to the manufacturer FIX THE DAMN THREADS ! THEY ARE EITHER NOT DEEP ENOUGH OR NOT THREADED CORRECTLY. Such a shame as there are not many options for nice exposed plumbing solutions on the market. For the money (expensive) there needs to be much better quality control. These could be great but because of the threading issue they are GARBAGE. DO NOT BUY, I WILL NEVER AGAIN.
