Good pillow

It is a good pillow.

Zippers broke immediately

Pillows are good, but the zippers are cheap and broke immediately, so you can't adjust the pillow at all.

Best pillow I've ever owned.

I'm 6'2", lean, no issues with snoring, I do sleep 100% on my sides due to a chronic back injury. I cannot sleep on my back or stomach anymore. I've had issues with a rotator cuff injury and can't sleep with my right arm out. Other pillows have not supplied enough support to my neck. I end up rolling from my left to right side a dozen times a night. Since getting this pillow I only turn one or two times, and I wake up feeling rested. It's perfectly comfortable and doesn't make my head sweat. likewise, I appreciate the ability to zip the outer shell up to make this already substantial pillow thicker. It's heavy, which might not appeal to some, but I love the weight. I ALSO very much appreciate it was made in the USA.

Not firm!!!

I have purchased the queen and king size of this exact pillow. The queen size is nice and firm. The king size however was sadly disappointing. No real head support. Not worth the money.

Perfect Pillow

This is by far the best money spent on sleep ever. This pillow is amazing. The extra firm option comes handy if you ever sleep on the floor. The less firm is a perfect amount of support all around and the only pillow you need to sleep with. P.S. you don't need 3 pillows just to support your neck.

Firm and extra firm, no plush

Based on reviews, was looking forward to new pillow. Zipped, it is like a brick. Unzipped, still way too firm. Really hurt my neck, no matter the position. I tried for a week and woke with headaches and stiff neck.

Disappointed...

Pillow is hard as a rock even after adjusting the comfort level. It also has a horrible smell even after letting it air out for several days.

Does not zip

I opened the product and zipped to make firmer and it immediately unzipped! I tried to re-zip and the the first part then came un-zipped ! Definitely do not recommend for firmness. Not worth the money.
