Generally i love softwalk but these got returned. Blisters at that cost are ridiculous.

Heel irritation
I own a pair of these and have been trying to replace them with no luck. The new heel design is irritating to the ankle. It rubs in the wrong spot with each step. The previous model had a lower rounded heel area that fit comfortably. I wish I could give these a better rating. They are a great shoe otherwise in construction and overall quality.

I wanted to love this shoe
These shoes are short in the toe. I suspect ordering a half-size larger will not hug my heel properly. (Maybe I should try that size. before giving up.) I also need the extra wide size; these are overall too tight.

Great little shoe
Love these shoes! So very comfortable and cute. Just dressy enough for wearing with a dress or skirt. The fit is perfect. Nice and wide and a good arch support. I wear an 8 and a half and order double wide. So happy to have found these. I needed for a wedding since I no longer wear high heels. I intend to order more in different colors.

Not a bad looking flat but they do run a little wide. I have skinny feet and had to return them.
