FABULOUS-EASY TO INSTALL-NICE QUALITY -TOUCH OF CLASS

Exceeded my expectations, looks expensive. Well made- very sturdy, genuine wood is smooth to touch. I'm very happy with this purchase! I'm a 63 year old female and this took me less than 10 minutes to install with manual flat head screwdriver. My patio door is 31 years old- this pull looks modern and sleek- really stands out beautifully and integrates well with my old black flush door lock. Funny and pleasant surprise- now my old patio slider door doesn't look old,- it looks young!!

Not too bad, but not very strong.

The media could not be loaded. It fits the hole centers, but seems to be coming loose with each open of the door. I have retightened the bolts, but they seem like they are getting stripped now. I may have to reinforce with some washers.

Good replacement part.

Good replacement part for broken handle. I just wish the handle were built mor sturdy. This is the 2nd one that broke.

Screws too long for a narrow door, no replacements in package, be mindful of your door width

Screws too long, but at least replacement screws fix that. Unfortunately, the cut of the chrome part is fitted to sliding door handles, so you can't simply use a washer to fit it better. You'll need the right length of threaded screw. I would strongly recommend replacing the flathead screw with a phillips screw that fits flush, as the screws packaged with it chipped immediately. They don't come with a white connection piece to affix to a white door lock, but it still looks alright together with the white.
