Disappointed with Lotion Dispenser from this series- cap and pump crooked

Revised review: I must say in the beginning that I have been a fan of Vern Yip"s home design work since his Trading Spaces days, and I value the insights he shares in his.books. That said, I am disappointed with the troublesome qualities I found in this set made in collaboration with SKL. Disappointed with Lotion Dispenser from this series- cap and pump crooked and could not be straightened. Also, sadly the pump on the Hand Sanitizer Dospenser squirts out rust colored blobs of the formerly clear sanitizer solution. I suspect the internal metal bits have rusted due to exposure to the alcohol based sanitizer. Not well designed/thought out given the intended purpose. The Soap Dispenser squirts out dark greenish tinged soap from a bottle filled with clear soap. I suspect this may be a metal (possibly copper?) reaction between the pump parts and the soap. Again, not well thought through given the intended purpose of the item. In spite of the attractive appearance of the displayed item photos, I must note that the pumps are inconvenient for daily use in a busy household as EACH AND EVERY TIME one wishes to pump a bit of product from any of these dispensers, it is a TWO HANDED TASK. This gets old very quickly. I am still a Vern Yip design fan, but hold out hope that he will choose his collaborations more carefully in the future, if only to preserve his quality reputation.

Not My Favorite, But It Works

I'm not a huge fan of the design of this sanitizer pump, but it works and doesn't look too bad. Don't think I'd buy another, though.

Nice and sturdy, beautiful looks

If you're tired of the standard plastic hand sanitizer bottle after years of the pandemic, meet this gorgeous heavy glass dispenser. It looks like something you'd find in an old-school doctor's office. Pump works flawlessly. Very attractive design. I want more of these for other products, so I was a bit sad that it's labeled so prominently, preventing it from being used for anything else. No complaints other than that though. Vern Yip has excellent taste and I love his line of bathroom accessories.

Simply gorgeous

I simply adore the elegance of this glass bottle. It is so beautiful, even more so in person. It doesn't distract like clunky plastic bottles do, and being that it is glass it is refillable and saves a lot of discarded plastic bottles. The air bubbles you see in the photos are not in the glass itself, but in the hand sanitizer that I filled the jar with. It really lends a classy, upscale look to my decor and I love the etched glass that describes its contents. The pump is simple and stylish to use, it doesn't get clogged. This is a beautiful and elegant way to display hand sanitizer in a public setting such as a reception desk or office setting, or even on your counter or coffee table. I highly recommend this product. It would look so elegant during holiday get together without being clunky and distracting!
