Definitely NOT big enough to do any real bilging - great for river toys though

I bought these to chuck at some friends during a kayak trip and they worked awesome for that! They're way to small to actually bilge out a boat though.

Used in kayak about the same as regular sponge unique design though

Work great.

Work great in my fishing kayak (salt water). Little 'tang' for attaching a leash kinda flimsy. Stitched piece of paracord through actual ball material.

Works. Colorful. Grapefruit sized.

These work good as a bilge sponge. Bright colors should help in an outdoor setting, or if lost in a wipeout. These are about the size of a grapefruit. Perfect for children's hands and ball throwing. I'm not sure this would be the choice for a backwoodsman or hardcore paddler looking for a big sponge, but two of these sponges probably equal a medium sized bilge sponge.

Good, but not great.

I do like these and don't kayak without them, but wish they were more absorbent without manipulation. Great idea though.

Don't do it!

These do not soak up water....I don't get it. How can you sell a sponge that doesn't soak up water? I now buy a 2 pack of bigger sponges at home depot for $3... these were a joke.

NOT A BILGE SPONGE

These are obviously supposed to be a kids toy, not a bilge sponge. set one in water and see how much it absorbs, literally nothing. A tshirt would be better, a big yellow masonry sponge would ACTUALLY get a surface dry that was underwater
