Not for a tall torso, and I don't have a tall torso

I ordered the size large that says it fits size 10-14. For reference I am 5'8" and about 165 lbs, usually a 12 jeans and large in tops. My legs are where most of my height comes from not my torso, but man did I feel different in this. This costume is nicely done except for the 'camel toe' problem lol, and that's just something I couldn't get over. It fit perfectly, not too tight, just the right amount of stretch, and not too thick but thick enough to cover your body nicely, but about an inch or two too short in the torso. The arms and legs were surprisingly long, but even just trying it on I was tugging at the crotch hoping to get it to miraculously get longer. I even tried on a full body leotard under it to see if that would help smooth it out 'down there', but there's a seam that runs down the middle in the front from the torso portion to the lower portion and it literally runs right up the crotch area. So this is a no go for anyone 5'8" or taller. I always look for sizing reviews so I hope this helps someone!

I have always wanted this costume , even as a child. I finally took the plunge. I read all the reviews before I bought and they were super helpful. Several small adjustments had to be made though. Per reviews , the zipper. Mine arrived with a broken zipper. But , I had read it would be a good Idea to get it replaced anyway. So I did . Then perfect. Also , per reviews Detaching the wig from the cowl . Yes , do this. It will fit your head so much better. The eye holes are a bit small, if you are decent with a scissor you can adjust them a bit . I bought a size large. I was looking for an extra large , but none were to be found. The large did fit me fine I also had to add an extra piece onto the belt to help it fit my waist , very easy , just a piece of elastic and added Velcro ( you don't see it under the cape anyway. YOU may also want to add more stitches to the capes hook and eye to help make sure it doesn't detach . Or you can add snaps. I just double sewed them down , easy fix You all may want to be careful when washing . I hand washed it and some of the purple did come off the suit , luckily most was under the gloves or on the back , so it doesn't really show . Other than those easily fixed things , I love this costume . I have worn it twice now and people love it . I got many folks coming up to me and complimenting me. It is extra special when kids come up and want to talk to Batgirl . If you all can do these easy fixes , to make adjustments, this costume is totally worth it

Terrific quality. Well worth the price.

I was extremely impressed with this item. I hesitated to pay such a large amount for a Halloween costume but, given the other reviews, I gave it a shot. I'm glad I did. The catsuit was of thin material and on par with what I've come to expect from catsuits in this price range. What I did not expect were the attached stirrups that prevent the bottoms of the leggings from riding up. This was an alteration I had planned on making myself. I was pleasantly surprised to note this detail had already been taken care of. The bat emblem on the chest is stitched on "pleather", not the printed on applique that I imagined it would be. The cape is of heavy satin that I ironed with a hot iron with no trouble at all. I've had capes so thin I was worried they would melt. Not so with this one. Given the other reviews, I had planned on cutting off the attached wig. On receipt of this costume, I was, again, pleasantly surprised. The partial wig attached to the mask is much heavier than I expected. It will need styling, as does any wig, right out of the box. Is the wig of a quality that can be worn as street wear every day? No, it is not. For this application it is more than acceptable. Initially I thought the belt was far larger than it should be, then I went to my reference photo and found the belt is intended to be worn around the hips, not the waist. It's still a tiny bit large for me, but the velcro closure can be moved. That being said, I am disappointed with the "pockets" on the utility belt. They are simply squares of yellow craft foam with no detail, glued to the belt. They would be challenging to remove without destroying the belt. All in all, this was a great purchase that, with a couple of very minor adjustments, will be perfect.

Glad I could return it and got quick turndown for that!!!

I'm very sad because I really wanted this costume to look good on me. I always wanted to be Bat Girl since I was little so this was my dream to get this costume delivered to my home!!! That is, of course until I took it out of the package and realize that the headpiece had not only been permanently mangled due to the folding, but the ears did not resemble those of bat ears. The ears provided was along the lines of a floppy eared dog. Extra sadness. When I put the bodysuit on it was obviously my fault for expecting a size small to fit me as I stead of the beautiful form fitting costume I expected, my reflection bestowed a resemblance to a used condom against my body. I am near tears. I do not recommend this costume unless you are planning on modifying it to be half eaten by zombies? Return in this was excellent and I was credited within less than a day of my return at the UPS store! I am happy again!

Everything but the cowel and utility belt

Great everywhere but it seems like they got lazy and called it in for the cowel and utility belt. Belt is just cheap metallic stretchy fabric on cardboard

The wig was fine although I already have one and again it was ...

It's okay however in body I am a small the mask doesn't fit my head luckily I have a black bag girl mask that I can cover with some purple fabric and use. The wig was fine although I already have one and again it was a little small for my head I wouldn't say it was brilliant for the money I paid for it but oh well you win some you lose some

Fun but itchy hair!

very fun and flattering costume. Fit perfectly. The only thing I didn't like was that the red hair was attached to the face mask and the hair was itch (I have very sensitive skin - it probably wouldn't bother most people). I would have preferred just to have my own hair.

Loved the Costume

Loved the costume, only 2 small downfalls and its definitely not the manufacturer fault. Unfortunately I am only 5" nothing lol so the arm and legs were a bit long for me. also the face mask is a bit large I don't think I have too small of a head but it definitely is too big for me so I will have to use a different mask or find a way to adjust it.. all in all the costume was as expected and looked great. I'm excited to wear it this Halloween.

Product looks great except one of the ears is bent inward

Costume came in faster than expected. Product looks great except one of the ears is bent inward. I am getting back into the proper shape. Also one glove had a small hole in it but nothing a needle and thread can't fix. Quality of costume is really good. Overall pleased with outcome.
