Great product but piece was broken

The curtain rod was exactly as pictured, however one of the plastic pieces inside was broken. Would like help getting a replacement please!

Easy Install, Good Quality

The box came pretty beat up but the product inside was wrapped in heavy duty plastic & taped well. I have my rod hung at about 218” so I used 4 brackets (it came with 5) & it’s sturdy enough for my medium weight curtains. One of the extension rods was bent on the end & I couldn’t get the other pole inside it without bending it back in place. I had to shove a metal tool into the rod & force it apart. It wasn’t a big deal but should be noted that it definitely happened at the factory & not during shipping as I said earlier the inside packaging was pristine upon opening the box.

Reasonable price although has design & description issues

Not designed well. Ordered 2nd rod set and it had the same design flaws. As the rod is extendable, there are larger and smaller diameter rods as the smaller diameter rod slides inside the larger diameter rod to enable the length to be adjustable. I purchased the correct size curtain rings for that diameter rod indicated. The diameter provided in the description is for the narrower rods. I recommend buying even larger curtain rings as rings will not slide over the larger diameter portions of rod. There were also difficulties with the rod designs such that my handyman had to do some modification. As it is difficult to find this length rod at a reasonable price, I kept them. Amazon gave me a credit of $35 back on the rod set I kept when I returned the 2nd set. It helped offset the extended installation time & 2nd trip by the handyman. Sorry, I do not have the diameter of the larger rod as I did not think to measure it before the handyman left and the rods are installed near the ceiling. I took time to write this review so others would know in advance what to truly expect. Perhaps the vendor will provide the diameter of the larger portions of the rod?

Good Quality

We were very pleasantly surprised with this product -- after we had received and returned an earlier product by another manufacturer. Tubes were well designed and strong, using it at about 180". The brackets were good quality and strong which we were worried about after reading about flimsy brackets. We had 5 brackets included with our extra long set-- we only used 3 bracket as otherwise can not move curtains across but 3 seemed sufficient. We ordered a second smaller set for another window which we have not yet put up.

Does the job, looks nice

The pieces are sturdy which makes me think the other low star reviews were for another product because what I received is pure metal, no plastic. I liked the simple modern design and needed a rod with a lot of length and these fit the bill. I am happy with my purchase.

For $145 you get plastic caps and metal you can dent with your thumb

It was the most cheaply made curtain rod I’ve ever spent $145 on.

Looks very nice

I have a very high ceiling and so my curtains are very long. The rods are perfect for my new curtains. I would recommend.
