Good support tape, not good for sensitive skin, need paper tape first.

Good support tape. If you have sensitive skin it may irritate your skin. Use paper tape first.

Easy to use, great for hook grips.

Avid CrossFitter of at least 11 years. Worth the price, easy to use, and don’t have to deal with cutting strips before a WOD esp if time is short. I’ve bought this on the regular. I’m a fan. Plus, it matches my red shoes. Accessorize!

Great tape for OLY

This is the best tape for my fingers during OLY lifts. I almost always use this tape when I snatch and often for my C&J. The perforated segments allow you to use an appropriate amount of tape which is important since its so expensive, helps to make sure you don't over use the tape. I usually rip one piece into two, lengthwise, and wrap my thumbs; then another piece ripped into two for each of my ring fingers. If you wrap and un wrap carefully you can get two used out of each piece of tape. Just wrap the tape back onto the role after you use it once.

Great until FL heat

Great tape but starts to come off when sweating in florida heat.

Lasted through weightlifting and the WOD

Easy to dispense and apply. Lasted through weightlifting and the workout. Didn't lose adhesion from sweat like regular tape does. Also has enough stretch to allow movement of the thumbs.

A must have for your bag.

I love this product and have already gone through a roll already and will have it on hand always. It's flexible and works great and you can still bend and grip.

Stick with Scary Sticky Goat Tape

It's just okay. It started out great, then we hit the muggy Midwest summer in Ohio. When the weather gets humid, the tape does not stick at all. I've had to put Scary Sticky Goat Tape over top of the HookGrip tape just to keep it in place. I'm sticking with the Goat Tape only from now on.

Great tape for lifting

This is great tape. Sticks well but yet gives you lots of flex so you can still move your thumbs easily. I am a gal and have small hands so I cut the tape in half to use.
