Most comfortable shoes

My second pair

I absolutely love these work shoes, they are pretty comfortable, especially with the heel padding. They can be tricky to get on since it's somewhat of a tight fit but that can be fixed by re-lacing the shoe strings. They really are slip proof, I work in an oily environment and slip less than my coworkers who wear primarily boots. They do age fast and you'll notice scratches and discoloration, I'd say they last a year or so.

Great lightweight work shoe

I work in the glass industry and let me tell you, to not wear protective footwear would be just plain stupid. It's not just about protection... your hard cap toe also a tool as a perfect place to lay the corner of your 200 lb piece of glass while you wait for your partner to get the rubber pad situated. Because I wear "steel-toe" daily but in extremely varied situations, I have 3 pairs of work footwear. All 3 were purchased on Amazon, 2 of them through "Wardrobe", which allowed me to try on 3 more pairs that I did not like AT ALL! For muddy, wet or challenging terrain, I prefer my Keen Pittsburg set. Lightweight for how much they cover, they could easily be a solid hiking boot. For medium to heavy-duty days, where I expect I could have something easily fall on my foot, scrape or cut me, and the terrain is unknown, I prefer my Timberland PRO Powertrain Sports. However, my favorite everyday work shoe is the Reebok Work DMX Flex RB3602. These could not feel less like a work shoe, they are so light and comfortable. I even wear these after work and on weekends! Though they are my favorite, they do have two items I will be nitpicky with - they are not great in wet situations, (a bit slippery), and the laces easily come untied. These are minor issues, as I have 2 other pairs that perform amazingly in wet conditions, and I could always double tie my knots or even use a different knot. In summary, if you spend a lot of time on your feet in a hazardous work environment, do yourself a favor - be good to your feet! Get 3-4 pairs, (or at least 2!), of high-quality shoes so you can swap not just for conditions but to give your shoes a day or more between uses to air out. They all last longer this way! Also, get a few pairs of Merino wool socks. They sound and look like they would be way too hot, but trust me... you don't know what you are missing. Believe it!

Best

My husband buys this very shoe every time it wears out. They last about 14 months. For him to go back and buy the same one every time over and over when he is very picky about his shoes and only certain shoes do not make his back hurt. I would say that it is a very good shoe orthopedic wise.

Better than blue/gray version so far....

So far so good, only been a week. Tried the black and orange version over the blue gray which I’ve worn for years and love. Fit the same, little stiffer due to leather upper opposed fabric but expected that. Sole material is quieter on office floor, big plus. Slip resistance better that gray soles. But possibly softer? Time will tell. Laces just like blue/gray will not stayed tied without double knot but have been double knotting my work shoes for years. So far leather upper has better water protection, not something I looked for, but heavy spring rains this year so an added plus. Assuming the shoes last as long as blue/gray do, would pick these over blue/gray next time. Walk 20,000 plus steps daily, concrete and asphalt, so far, my new “go-to” work shoe.

Not slip resistant in freezer temperatures

These are probably great for normal temperature jobs. I work in a grocery freezer that ranges from zero to negative ten degrees. Being in such cold temperatures the slip resistance is not a thing at all, it's like I'm wearing ice skates. Before I even go in the freezer it sounds like I'm wearing high heels, just clopping around like a horse, the outside is holding up well to all the abuse from kicking skids and sliding into shit. But end the end I fell twice at work within the first two hours. Slip resistance really needs work on these.

Very comfortable and light weight

Safety toes are a must for my job and on shop days we can wear sneakers. This is the third brand that I have tried (Wolverine and dickies were the others) and these are really very comfortable. The soles are a little load walking on hardwood floors and am a little concerned that the little Achilles pad piece will tear off one day. I have had them about a month so far and they are holding up well

Hands down the MOST comfortable work shoes I have ever owned. On my 3rd pair of Reebok work shoes, and have always found them to fit perfectly and be comfortable.
