Multipurpose and useful
Item pic indicates gray interior but received blackish interior. I purchased due to interior lighter color for cooking certain foods that requires monitoring color such as melting sugar. Anyhow, used few times so far for other cooking and works fabulously... food glides off easily. Will keep this as value is still great. Do not use metal utensils on all types of coating...even if labels indicate okay... only stainless ok to use metal utensils. I did not rate durability as i did not use long enough to give feedback.

Don't buy one; buy two
Nothing to dislike. Everything to ????. After a few weeks, I am buying another. I use a lot of olive oil, the good kind, and I never have to wash pan. I also add water distilled to give moisture. For less than $44 you will ???? this wok. After using this pan I would pay $100!!!!!!!!

Disappointed - had really liked it until
I love cooking in woks. This was an 11" wok, which was a great size for me. I was able to cook everything I liked in this wok. The instructions state that we could use metal utensils. I only used the wok five (5) times and I used a metal utensil the last time, and it chipped. I was so disappointed because I really liked this pan. I'm always so careful with my pans, and it still chipped. I hope everyone else enjoys their wok as much as I did. It's really a great wok, but maybe mine was a defective one.

What a Wonderful Pan!
I bought this pan a bit over a year ago and it is still just as non-stick as it was the day it arrived! Over a period of many years (I am 69 y/o) I have spent a lot of money on pans that claimed to be nonstick for the life of the pan. I did not find that to be true with any of them, regardless of price. I would follow directions to the letter in washing them and not exposing them to harsh chemicals or metal utensils but they ALL started having the food stick in them after a relatively short period of time. Not so with this pan. I love it, and am now going to buy a smaller one (those were not available last year). You will not regret buying this pan - easy care, sturdy, and nonstick (for at least 1.25 year).

Excellent Wok Pan
I bought this wok pan a few days ago and used it for the first time today. I cook on an electric glass cooktop so the traditional wok does not work so great. I have a 14 inch Cuisinart stainless steel wok pan which is very cumbersome on my cooktop. It does work quite well but it is very large for just my wife and I. The Red Volcano at 11 inches is the perfect size for my cooktop and for the amount of stir fry for the two of us. It is a very solid pan but is also not too heavy; weighing in at about 2.75 pounds. It seemed to have good heat distribution and cooked the stir fry evenly. I cooked on medium high heat and the food came out perfectly. Another thing I like is that the pan has extra thickness on the flat bottom which I think will help keep the pan from warping. The ceramic nonstick looked like it is very well made however I will only use non-metal utensils. The pan was a breeze to clean. I let it cool down and then used warm water with a dishcloth. I chose not to use soap but it would be OK to use a little. I then dried it with a paper towel and it was clean. I highly recommend this pan which is much cheaper than other pans and I believe just as good. If anything changes I will post an update. If you like stir fry then buy this pan.

Best pan in the house for day-to-day cooking
I wanted a deep sided 12" non-stick pan with lid - basically the currently popular "Everything Pan" (Oprah has been touting one from a different manufacturer for awhile). I have a set of the "red copper" non-stick cookware and have, generally, been happy with them. I also like the ceramic and "stone" finishes. Anyway, this is in the latter family, had the dimensions I wanted and was priced reasonably. We use it every day and love it! Great for fried rice and stir fries, chilis and stews, pork chops, chicken, eggs & bacon, sausage or ham and so on. I'm leery of cooking rice as part of a dish in a "one pot" usage; but, did a jambalaya dish after sauteing the veggies, browning the sausage and adding the rice with cajun broth, covering with a lid for about 20 minutes and adding the shrimp in the last few minutes. It worked perfectly! With absolutely no sticking or burning. SOLD!

Great buy
Inexpensive and so good. The instructions say don’t heat it up to hell fire temps so I either use one of the regular burners or if I use the super hellfire temperature burner, I’ll use medium heat. It’s not super heavy but you can feel how sturdy it is. It is nonstick and so easy clean. I’m happy with my purchase.
