As far as ive noticed, the Gf loves it. Most often used backpack/bag/purse now. Id gotten her some Kate Spade stuff before, but i think this one really stood out with her.

Unsure what to think

This is my 2nd Rebecca Minkoff Julian backpack. My first one was stolen two years ago..so I finally replaced it this week.. I am very surprised at how stiff this is, despite several reviewers saying the same thing. My first one I purchased was from Zappos and it was soft and supple..I am going to keep this one as I love the style so much and hope that the leather will soften up sooner than later. Thinking about reaching out to Rebecca Minkoff as well.

This is the perfect backpack for travel

This is the perfect backpack for travel, especially if you want to be stylish about it too! I love that I can clip the main compartment partially closed to prevent someone from unzipping it while I'm touring a new city and the pocket that is against the back portion of the bag. The leather is very nicely pebbled and looks like it should hold up well to any environment. Definitely can tell it's a high-end item. The interior of this back is just a black fabric and the hardware is silver. One thing to note, when the metal clip is unclasped from the bottom portion of the bag (you can see it in the bottom middle of the picture) you can expand the bag out a bit to potentially fit more inside of it. This clip can also be clipped on the very top portion of the bag to reveal only leather and hide the main zipper.

I have this regular size and the medium and absolutely love both. The leather is very soft so if you are looking for a more sturdy leather, this isn't the backpack for you. It's more delicate and more for looks rather than being able to handle rough use. You probably can spray a leather protection product on it but it may turn this almond color into a darker hue that you may not like. This backpack is not only stylish but holds all your necessities. I purchased this color because I heard the black one rubs off on your clothes. I will be traveling with it and I'm excited that I can have a little style while wearing a backpack.

WAY BETTER THAN THE FIBER RM JULIAN BACKPACK

I first bought the fiber RM Julian bag and even though it was a smart looking backpack, it had no inside pockets and just the 2 front zip pockets. This leather version has 3 outside pockets and 3 inside pockets. Way more organized and right up my alley. Love the pebbled leather that is a little stiffer than the fiber one so it keeps its shape. Amazon had this for a great price and of course it came fast. Cannot beat Amazon. Glad I took a chance on the leather Julian version.

Very Lightweight

I love the fact that this backpack weighs almost nothing and can basically be folded down to nothing in a suitcase however, the material is very thin and I almost returned it for that reason. I am however, going to keep it and keep my faith in the Rebecca Minkoff brand that the durability will be there and it will hold up. I love the Camo Print.

Exactly what I wanted

I love this bag. I've purchased it elsewhere and was sent a mini so I was holding my breath until it came. Mine is exactly like the picture. Pebbled and stiffer leather, which is what I wanted. I have a nylon one that I love but I wanted a more structured one that would hold its shape. It's beautiful! Mine came with extra tassels but did not come with a dust bag. I only mention this because I saw someone else did receive this.

Lightweight, beautiful, smoochy leather!

Arrived earlier than expected. Packed really well, it comes with additional tassels, a dust bag and authenticity card. The leather is very soft and smooshy and the colour is true to the pic. The bag is lightweight and can hold a lot of items. It has adjustable straps and multiple pockets which are easily accessible. The zippered compartment at the back of the bag can fit my iphone 6 perfectly. What I love most about it is the dual option in using the dog clip. I can clip it onto the D-ring at the base of the bag so the main zipper is exposed or I can clip it to the other D-ring at the top, which gives me extra security and peace of mind that my bag can't be opened easily. This is great for when I'm in crowded places or on public transport.

Wife is very happy with this bag. Not soft leather, just in case that is what you are looking for. Quite stiff and keeps its form. Excellent build quality.

Beautiful bag!

Absolutely beautiful bag. Genuine leather that is supple and so soft. Came with dust bag and extra leather tassel pieces. Hard ware is gold. High quality zipper pulls. Measurements are a bit off - this is the full sized bag (- the measurements noted are closer to the medium size one). It is the larger one you receive. I was worried after I ordered it that it wouldn’t be the real deal - but it is. Beyond thrilled with my purchase! You won’t be disappointed.
