Really good, really comfortable, slightly hard to mold
These are perhaps the best custom molded ear plugs I've ever used. They are extremely comfortable. Let me say that I've suffered from tinnitus and overly sensitive ears for years. I've tried TONS of plugs. I've even gone through 2 pairs of expensive customized ear plugs because I've misplaced them($200 per pair). The Radians are actually significantly more comfortable then the expensive custom molded plugs. The only advantage to the custom plugs is that they are almost non detectable when in the ear because they go all the way in and barely stick out. But they actually hurt my ear after 30 minutes of use. Plus the cost of losing them is painful itself. The radians are incredibly comfortable and provide a good level of sound reduction. They are not as well hidden as the high end custom molds but I guess you have to ask yourself...do I wanna protect my hearing with comfort or do I wanna look cool? My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the method by which you make the plugs isn't full proof. In fact I'd go so far as to say it takes a little practice and you might not get it right on the first go around. And if the plug is not molded correctly it will be ineffective. So that's why I didn't give these 5 stars. That being said...when molded correctly they are 5 star plugs for sure. And after they are molded it takes no time at all to insert them in your ear with a perfect fit. Unlike the squishy ones where you squeeze it and let it expand in your ear. Sometimes those don't always sit right. Once the radians are molded(with a good fit) they work perfectly every time. My suggestions would be to watch some youtube videos of people molding these and also...if this is your first pair...buy two pairs just in case you make a mistake the first time around. At the price it's not a the end of the world to pay for 2 pairs. And if you don't need it you'll have another pair for the future or as a back up if you lose your first pair. Highly recommend these.

Been using this product since 2015
I wear these everyday all day at work. I double-up while at indoor ranges = comfortable. Also, wear them mowing. Yes I have a few, with that... Like: easy to do but, buy 2 for first timers. Dislike: the manufacture needs to put the product expiration date on the outside. My last 2 orders have been expired. They still molded okay but...(?) TBD

Wow my little ear like these
So I read the reviews before I bought these… keeping that in mind I opted for these after doing some research. I tried some other premade ear plugs for sleeping and the hurt my ear. So why these well I got 2 pairs (don’t expect that if you are a normal to bigger size adult). This only worked in my favor because I like others who were able to do this have smaller ears. I did each ear individually like people suggested, down to the molding, sitting and waiting and repeat. While this could seem to be time consuming it definitely gave a good fit for each. I tried them out after and thought they only dulled the sound, well until I put them to the test being in the same room as a snorer. I popped these well formed bad boys is and couldn’t hear the snoring anymore, but lol definitely still hear the alarm clock the next morning (that is a me thing I can hear the slightest noise). These will definitely be go too for certain things. I don’t know how they do for other things yet as they are a trial and error. But if they are the same rating as most of my earplugs then I will be doing many more tests trials as I go.

Didn’t work with my ear piece
These didn’t work with my ear piece. May have been fine if I hadn’t needed the ear piece. Not sure.

Custom molded earbud speakers, anyone?
Comfort is soft and flexible goodness, unlike the competitor's boil type. These Radians are a soft silicone 2-part cure product. If you want to dramatically improve your earbuds or in-ear monitors (IEM) performance bass notes, and obtain near noise isolation, try this: (1) fit your earbuds in ear and position for loudest music sound. Adjust ear hanging wires if equipped. Have your helper remember the depth and angle of earbud. Remove. (2) remove foamy or rubber earbud seal. Clean all surfaces of earbud with alcohol wipe. Dont clean your earhole.(3) plug the earbud speaker with a tiny bit of wax. (4) mix up 1/2 of the Radian kit and pack it around the earbud, all the way to the wax and beyond. (5) insert earbud, angle and depth similar to prefit. Clench jaw or hold a yawn to get max expansion of ear hole. Hold packed putty in place until cured (6) remove from ear. Carefully remove wax. Done. Sound quality improves. The mass of silicone surrounding the bud connects your skull to the music. Now go buy an USB-C to headphone jack DAC-Portable 32Bit HiFi DAC AMP decoder $15 so you can enjoy TIDAL or other master-quality recordings

Very uncomfortable for side sleeping
Easy to make up simply follow the instructions. However I found them v uncomfortable for side sleeping. These set hard, but might be useful on a flight. Bit of a pricy fail for me. Maybe not for others.

Keep pushing!
Instructions don’t really state it, but if you think you have pushed par enough in when moulding; KEEP PUSHING! Did my left ear first, thought it would be good. Then did right ear and kept moulding it longer. Much better fit. I now have one ear that is great, the other is sub par! I go back to work tomorrow, so I’ll see how they perform. Update: Wore them for about 30 minutes first day back at work. Became very uncomfortable, and barely seemed to reduce noise in my plant. If I could post a review with 0 stars, this would be it. Back to disposable foam plugs! Quite disappointed!

Causes pressure if you're a side sleeper.
I bought these several months ago, and formed them carefully and according to instructions. The problem I find is that if I sleep on my side, it puts pressure on the earpiece, and the air that is trapped inside the ear compresses on the ear drum, making for an uncomfortable experience. If I had another kit to try, I probably would not use all the material provided, and make sure that the earpiece sits more inside the ear, rather than flush. I'm sure it would help, but mine are utterly useless, and I can't get by for 30 minutes with them in. Waste of money.

Not convinced...
I thought they would be great, but not so much. The first plug I made did not mold very well as I worked it too long, so it ended up lumpy and pretty strange looking (though it did still fit into my ear okay. The second plug I made turned out better, but not perfect. I feel that if there was enough mixture to make two sets, I would be able to make perfect molds after throwing the first set away as a "learning experience". They did work well at attenuating noise. Comfort was okay, but bothered me after about one hour. My main complaint came later, in that they did not clean very easy. The material seems a bit porous or something, so that after many uses they became progressively dingier and dingier. Soapy warm water helped only a bit. I eventually threw them out and returned to using disposables.

Well enough for 2-3 moulds if done right
First try ended with a half-assed ear piece for my work Police radio. Second attempt made for a near-perfect piece; it took effort to get the cable mounted securely and aimed for proper sound transmission. Looks like I should have enough for another mould if I am careful. Much pricier than a basic earpiece, but it fits perfect, and stays put. If I get three out of this pack, it won't be much pricier than buying three cheapies that would have all worn out by now. Will buy again, and will spread work to coworkers who hate one-size-fits-no-one ear pieces.
