Finally found the part we needed!

Our windows are 30 yrs old and the original spring load clips had broken on some of the windows. I recently started my search again and quickly found these. They solved the issue. They weren't difficult to install just took a bit of effort mostly because it was the window and getting the old spring device off. Very happy we found these. Solved a major issue easily.

After Slight Modification it worked very well

These are the same as you will find at HD big box store. There was one small piece/tab that made it slightly too wide. It protruded out so was very easy to clip/cut. After that it fit perfectly. My windows are 37 years old circa 1985. The originals were falling apart. The hardest part was unscrewing the rusted/worn screws holding in the originals. There are only 2 screws per.

Window tilt locks

Worked perfectly for my old windows...just had to do a little adjustment took 2 min..I highly recommend..thank you!

Tab had to be Cut Off

I received 2 sets (left and right, 4 pieces) with a 1 set order. If you look at the non-black ones for sale you can see a 1/8" by 1/8" tab; I had to trim off to work with my 1990 windows.

Amazing fit for a 30-year-old window

It was not exact - I had to grind off a tiny flange, but then the holes lined up perfectly and it was like an exact replacement. Works perfectly.

Perfect replacement

These arrived quickly and were a perfect replacement for the broken parts. I was a bit apprehensive since the windows are no longer made, but the parts worked.

Look at the existing locks on your window to confirm they look like these.

Price is great worked perfectly on my aluminum frame windows.
