Wrong info on my part..

After comparing the new hardware with the old i recognize that i made a big mistake, the parts are different therefore the old bushings would never work on the the parts. The handle is a little sloppy but i can live with that. Thanks Roy

Installed very easy in a Pella Storm Door that is 21 years old.

After 21 years the lock assembly in our Pella Storm door froze and locked me outside. After getting inside through another door I was able to remove the old latch assembly, and then started to look for a replacement. Pella was no help since the door was so old. I found this complete set with the wonderful drawings that showed dimensions, which matched what I needed. Other replacements never had such a drawing. After arriving 1 day earlier than expected, it took me 20 minutes to install. Did not have to drill any holes. Most of that time was spent opening the package and getting everything ready. It works very well. But to lock the storm requires a key, which is no big deal for us.

PERFECT, I AM LOVING THIS!!!

I have an old storm door, but it is in very good condition. The handle broke a couple of weeks ago. I have searched high and low for a replacement. I just checked Amazon just to say I checked every where. I just stepped out on faith and bought it, I thought I would end up sending it back. I could not believe it fit perfectly. There was no problem putting it on and it is a perfect fit. I AM SO HAPPY, I JUST LOVE, LOVE IT!!! THANK YOU

Product arrived missing pieces and was used!!!

Our product arrived used!!! And missing several parts never again and yes I’m sending it back we have to wait several days after them receiving the item to refund us and this piece of junk was 106 dollars!!!! I don’t understand what happened because the item we received was a used version and it was missing several parts including the key to the lock!!! Very disappointed I was excited looking forward to having a brass door knob on our front screen door now I already just went and purchased a standard knob from Home Depot

My only issue is that it doesn’t have a inside lock knob as the previous one had so I leave the key in. That’s not a problem for me.

Had to drill different holes in the door to fasten it old plate was a little bigger and you have to leave the key in the door for locking it when home doesn’t have a inside lever still it’s better than the old one that would not stay closed
