not a cast steel lift handle. Made from stamped metal

I thought I was getting a cast steel lift handle based on description and cost. What was received was a stamped steel lift handle that looks "cheap". I installed on bottom window sash and it works fine.

Poor inconsistent quality

I order two sets, identical part number, both white. They arrived in one shipment. One set had white screws with proper flat head screws. In the other set the screws were black with round heads, totally wrong for the white handles. Fortunately in my workshop I had four extra flat head screws, which I sprayed painted white. The handles themselves are thin stampings, not solid. If you over tighten, the handles crush like an aluminum soda can. There is nothing "deluxe" about this product. Inferior sash lift, inferior hardware.
