Hard to find part...

This part does not have the metal like original... and held me off from buying for a long time... but now after installing in a few minutes... It is a perfect replacement... way quieter... and just works... I am sure it will last a long time... Don't think about it... buy now.. haha

Cannot believe price increase of 300% in 6 months.

I bought some in January 2022 for sliding door in living room and worked great. Door was easy to slide that used to be difficult. I bought a second pair for bedroom door that I installed today and works great too. I was going to buy some for future because they were hard to find. What was $9 less than six months ago is now $29.

Tips for installation

These rollers were a perfect match for the existing rollers, other than having nylon wheels rather than metal wheels. That didn't bother me. I have an 8' double pane sliding door that was becoming difficult to open because the roller bearings were shot. These rollers fixed that, but there are some other things to consider. Pull up the track and clean it well. Dirt can impede the rollers. Clean under the track. If the track is broken, either replace it or swap it end for end (assuming the guide is centered in the track). Most doors have a strip of fuzzy weatherstripping on the outside of the door that rides along the track. This gets dirty and makes a lot of drag, but cleaning it doesn't seem to help much. This does: get some aerosol silicon spray with a long nozzle and shoot it onto the weatherstripping after the door is installed. That will greatly help the door to open and close easily. Shoot it again whent eh door starts to drag. It will make a big difference.

Fit perfectly

These were the exact size as the original roller assemblies. Would have liked steel wheels like the originals, but so far so good.
