Better than Depends

Works good for the most part. Could be easier to attached, needs better adhesive.

These work very well for moderate leakage.

On a very active day it takes about 4 per day to feel dry most of the day.

Husband is thankful to use them

Husband tried using some of my pads, but is happier using ones designed for men instead of women. Told me he needs to take replacement pads to work, because they only absorb one leak before needing to be replaced. Overall, he is happy with this product to save him at work.

Disappointed in the absorbency of this "Maximum Absorbency" product

i was hoping these would replace the Tena pads i had been using as the price was much better. However, the pads are not as wide as the Tena pads and I had leakage at the sides. They also did not seem to hold the urine very well as they would often leak when they were removed. I was disappointed as others spoke very highly of these and I wanted them to work for me too. Guess I will go back to using Tena and pay the higher prices.

Discrete with no big bulge

Work well for my husband. Fit well and holds a good amount of liquid.

Quick and high volume absorbency.

This has the quickest wicking of any product my husband has tried, and it holds a lot of liquid. The guard does sometimes end up going off toward one side, leading to accidents.

Who needs a Guard? YOU DO!!

I am nearly 4-years out from prostate cancer and prostate and associated glands removal. I am among the group of men with urinary incontinence. I have chosen to use a clamp, but still need a guard since a clamp is not 100%. I generally use one guard, perhaps two per day at the most. These guards, used with appropriate underwear, will assist in keeping you dry throughout the day. There is always some leaking even with a clamp, especially during workouts, weight lifting, sneezing, etc. It really can't be helped. So, until I decide on a surgical "solution" such as an artificial sphincter, well, this is life for this 72-year old widower. I really like the Prevail guards and have used them for 3 years.

Male Comfort at Last

Prevail’s Male Shields are very comfortable all day. They are obviously designed with knowledge of mens needs. I only found out Prevail is available when shopping for male guards on Amazon.ca and noticed them as an alternative to the other two brands. I decided to order Prevail and try them, what a good decision!

Work very well!

These are great value for money. With kidney disease there is a little odor, but these seem to do the trick all day long. This is my second purchase and I bought the large 126 pack. I use them every day.

Question mark. Good product but..

It's for my father.. he is happy with the product . They suddenly increased the price though. And last time when I ordered they called and said it's only 1 pack not 9packs so have to cancel the order
