Does the job
We got this for a Hawaii trip. It held up fine. It does need 2 people to make set up easy. With 2 people its no big deal. It doesn't have any sand bags or ways to help it stay down so with extra beach wind we needed to get the sand wet for the stakes and also find some rocks to help it stay put. Otherwise it was great. Size was awesome. We had three adults in beach chairs all in the shade. It fit in our suitcase for the checked bag. It's not all that heavy and has an easy carrying case. Overall absolutely worth the low price.

Nice little beach tent
It was a bit hard to tell what this would really be like from the pictures. I had an idea, but was a bit off. It actually is a narrow tent, with a zipper door that turns into the protruding floor pictured. Not a problem, though. In a practice run, it was easy to set up. Experience with many other tents over the years may have helped, but I didn't need the little instruction card. The takedown and repack takes a bit of work, as air pockets can make it a bit of a challenge. During its practical use, we had no problems with setup. We didn't use the stakes, that time, but just weighted the inside. Beach breezes caused a little more challenge on tbe repack, but getting out of the wind it rolled up snug in the bag. We got a good deal on this, and it seems like it will be able to give us so.e good use.

Does not hold up to a breeze at the beach
It is a nice tent, easy to set up, large enough to fit inside 4 beach chairs with plenty of head space. The mesh windows allow for 360 views and ventilation. I used yellow anchor screws to set it up at the beach. The problem is the tent does not withstand wind. The fist time I used it at the beach it was great, it was a warn windless day. Unfortunately the second time it didn't hold up. It was a bit windy, up to 9mph so not some strong winds, and the tent broke in several places. The metal parts on the poles at the angles bent and broke, one of the loops in the corner where you stake the tent got ripped off making the tent unusable. I contacted the producer directly but didn't get any response, its been about 2 weeks. So I'm gonna call amazon for a refund. It could be a great tent if a) if you use it in windless condition or b) if the materials where stronger and better made. To sum it up, I really like the design, but the quality of materials makes it useless for where it is meant to be used.

Overall, it's a really good shade tent. It folds compactly into a small bag so can be taken easily to places, the opening is very large and also allows chairs inside, and you don't need to crouch in them. For some reason, it seems to easily blow over, even though it has large vents (but if you put heavy things in the corners it's fine). It's also a little difficult for one person to set up.

Perfect size for my 2 kids
Needed a tent for the beach for my toddler and baby and this one is a great size. Love the zip up privacy and mesh back that can also open up. Kinda wished the sides had an opening for the wind as well. Putting it together was simple but fitting out how to fold it up and fit it back in the bag was a harder time. The size it folds into is perfect and love the travel case.

Beach Shade
I like the tent being so easy to assemble on the beach. We added sand bags or buckets to hold down the tent in higher winds. You can rotate it easily to adjust for more shade. About 3 average kids or 2 adults and 1 child can easily fit inside the tent without any problems. Our tent was the fastest to take down or put up on the beach. There are no rips or tears after 2 weeks of use too! It is ready for camping now. There is no zipper, and it's open face.

Timely assembly for a cheaply made beautiful tent.
Beautiful colour and has the potential to be awesome. Definitely NOT a pop up tent. Purchased a Lightspeed tent for basically the same price and that one IS pop up. This Wakeman tent has two entrances which is a cool idea but the zippers are not strong and the mosquito net screen is very cheap. I feel it would rip along with the zipper after the first use. There are no bobbles to tie up the rolled door either. You have to tie a piece of tent strap to a look on the under side. The other issue being that the tent poles do not stay together at all. Even in setting them up in a line before inserting them through the tent pole sleeves, they kept coming undone and as they went through the material the same thing happened. I get sometimes taking the poles out this can happen but not going in. This took WAY too long to assemble for being a “Pop Up” tent….if I were on a beach it would be a scene trying to assemble this is a timely manner with enough space to do so because of the tent pole assembly and requiring enough space to feed the poles through. Not to mention with impatient kids or pets anxiously trying to get in the tent. Too bad as it looks great. ☹️

A great tent
Very compact and lightweight. Easy and fast to un/assemble, took me 5 minutes, even faster if set up by two people. Comfortably fits two adults with or without chairs and creates good shade. The mesh window is very handy on a hot day. Can fit one person with a fully closed side, if you need to change. Used it by a lake on a foggy day with a drizzle too. There were a couple of small leaks in the corners which a towel can fix, otherwise protects well from the wind and small rain. Good quality, not flimsy and with good care and accurate use, will last a while.
