Pistil Fergus... my go to beanie!

I've been buying every version of the Pistil Fergus Beanie for a few years now and I'm starting to have a collection at this point. Whether I'm working or going out somewhere, I have at least one that matches what I'm wearing because of all of the colors that are available. I'm outside a lot in the cold and the fleece band that protects your ears is key. The wool is breathable and allows perspiration to escape thru the top where there is no fleece. Even if it gets a little wet whether it be from rain or sweat, my Fergus hats always keep me warm. I try different brands here and there but when I find something that can survive how rough I am on pretty much everything I wear that does so in stride, it makes me a loyal customer. This year, they came out with (4) color variations and I bought them all. Black/blue/green/white, Brown/white/yellow/brick red, Black/avocado green/blue/camel & Black/grey/red/yellow.

Warm, Windproof and Convenient

This cap is made of very close knit wool that blocks out wind is is very warm. It is lined with a non wool, non itchy lining that extends from the brim about half way up. I have no issues with it on my bald head. It is thin enough to fold and pocket in a light jacket and always have available. It's a little tight but not harsh. I am quite happy with it and it looks good.

Pistil does it again

Pistil a great company making a solid product. This hat is substantial and will keep you looking good and even better making you feel great. A hat worth every cent when your facing the cold elements.

Disappointed with Flaw in the Fabric

This is my 3rd pistil beanie... I've normally has a good experience with these, but this particular one came with a flaw in the fabric. This one missed a quality inspection as you can see a white/off-colored frizzy threat running through a mostly black beanie. As much as these beanies cost, you'd think they would look it over before shipping it out.
