False Information
This pan is stainless steel, but VERY thin, with extremely sharp edges. I enjoy cooking Paella and have several Paella pans. Size of pan determines the portions. I ordered this as advertised at 16 inches in diameter to give me another option for number of guests that it would serve over my 14 inch pan. Well the pan is 14 inches in diameter, not 16. Will it cook a nice Paella, of course, just major disappointed in the misleading info. When I read some reviews you can feel the "drama" coming through. No "drama" here, just the fact's. If you want a 16 inch pan, pass on this one. If you are looking for a entry level, stainless, cheap Paella pan to try your hand at Paella, you might want to consider this pan. It will serve 4-5 comfortably. Not as advertised
This pan is NOT 16 inches! A little under 14 inches actually. I wanted this for a family of 5 with a great paella recipe. Very disappointed and the discription was misleading. Price was ok.

Really don't recommend it anyone. The pan is incredibly thin and has a permanent burn mark after one use.

Wrong description
This is a 14" pan, not a 16" pan as advertised by both Outset and Amazon. There are also no dimples on the bottom, which is crucial for a good paella. Very, very disappointed.

Se pega el arroz...
... y es muy dificil de limpiar. Ademas de que no es una paellera tipo española, que son muy finas, Esta es muy gruesa.
