Looks great but manufacturing flaw so handle doesn't extend

The suitcase looks great, has nice sections, rolls well, but the handle doesn't extend. We ordered two and one works, the other doesn't. In comparing the suitcases the one that does not extend is missing a hole for the pin to go through to let the extend. It is a mysterious manufacturing flaw. Unfortunately, the suitcase arrived after the trip we had planned (and several days after the first arrived though ordered at the same time) so we just got it out now to pack for a trip and it is past the return window.

Bad Smell. Made in China, 22.5" H

i just got this bag so i can carry on most airlines. im debating on to keep it or return it. its a cute bag, but its actually 22.5" with the handle so measurements are lie, and there is an awful plastic or chemical smell, that i think burned my eyes after opening it. im letting it air out see if it goes away. im worried smell will go on my cloths or if its a dangerous odor. i thought this was a USA product but made in china (boo). the shell is flexible so not sure how well it would do in checked luggage. no mesh on the 20" bag but there should be, its still a small bag. this bag retails for $220 on Oympia website and its not worth that. its hard to find a quality luggage with these measurements.

Perfect carryon for air flight

I had two other suitcases in this style and was looking for the purple to match. Perfect carryon for my use. I may possibly purchase another color but the price paid on Amazon is much more that the other two I purchased at a store.

Nice CarryOn, but poor zipper!

Very nice, but poor zipper. (Expandable zipper no longer stays zipped.) No carryon size issues while traveling.

I love this, inexpensive a great hardside

I travel every week, it holds so much, 1 week +. Rolls like a dream, has a laptop in the center compartment. Great suitcase for the price.

Bag okay, but handle is a piece of crap, broke immediately, and made bag useless (and dangerous)

The bag was fine but the handle was crap, and when the bag tipped over (just tipped over) in the airport, the handle cracked open, exposing the mechanism that raises and lowers the handle, which was sharp, and then cut my finger. As this was in the first hour of our trip - while at the airport - I couldn't simply put the broken item back into its packaging and return it - I had no choice but to continue on with my trip with the broken bag. For the whole trip there was no raised handle and I had to stoop over to push the bag. If I tried to use the raising mechanism without the hnadle cover, it slices my finger open. Frustrating experience. If Amazon makes this right, I will update this review. But if not, I am sticking with one star and a complaint to my credit card company, since the bag was completely, utterly useless and ripped my finger apart. Beware.

Good option for light travelers

Love it!!! I have space for everything . I just carry what I need, most of the times is important legal paper and this bag is a good option for me. Don’t forget that is girlie. My luggage didn't came with the net that you see in picture but is okay. Is spacious and have compartments...

The material of the exterior is a little thin, but the quality and price are satisfactory.
