Finally a stopper that works!!

Best Prosecco and Champagne stopper available. Good quality and works great!!

Some of them do not hold the gas in for champagne/prosecco

Overall OK product, but some of them do not do a good job of sealing in the gas if using them on champagne or prosecco. The rubber also tends to wear out after a while, and if your friend/husband/partner rips it out instead of releasing the stopper via the lever, it damages the rubber. I used to be able to find these in Italy for cheap prices and even get them for free from nice bartenders, but since I have been unable to go to Europe for several years this is the best alternative.

Works really well & keeps champagnes bubbles fresh!

This Oggi bottle stopper is amazing! I had half a bottle of good champagne left over from a dinner party and used this stopper to keep it fresh. After forgetting about the bottle in the fridge for a week I opened it and it was still bubbly and delicious! I decided to buy two more because they work so well. I’ve recommended this to all my friends.

The Best Bottle Stopper ever!

I am a champagne lover, and if you love champagne you always want bubbles. With Oggi bottle stopper I can sip on a bottle of champagne for a whole week and always have lots of bubbles. This bottle stopper tops all bottle stoppers, and I am so thrilled that Oggi makes a superior product. I am delighted that I don't have to have a party to enjoy a great glass of champagne when ever I want to. I endorse this bottle stopper with 5 stars!

GREAT way to keep wine

GREAT way to keep wine. You can even put a bottle on its side in the refrigerator and not worry that it will leak. I use it for red, white, and many sparkling wine bottles. You will want to order 6 or more as they will "Disappear" from your house. GREAT GIFT when you stop by someone's home or for the Holidays. STOCK UP!!!!

Caused a champagne explosion!

I wish I had read all of the one star reviews before I purchased these stoppers! Apparently, things aren't made like they used to be. I was given an Oggi stopper as a gift over a decade (maybe two!) ago, and it has worked perfectly every time. When I was looking for a stocking stuffer gift for a friend, I was so excited to see that what appeared to be the identical stopper was still available. Well . . . we tried one stopper in a bottle of champagne, and it snapped in two - sending champagne squirting up to the ceiling. No big deal, I thought, every manufacturer has a defective product now and then. But, no, the exact same thing happened with the second stopper. Thankfully, it wasn't very expensive champagne, but still, a disappointing outcome from a product I had trusted for decades.
