Worthless

Stopped opening on day 8. Will not buy again.

Broke quickly

I had an earlier version of this lock from several years ago which I lost. I got this as a replacement and the quality was not nearly as good. The dials didn't move as well and it felt flimsier. It worked fine for a couple of months and then the shackle got stuck and wouldn't unlock. Unfortunately, this happened at the gym and all I had with me was a towel. The staff had to cut the lock off. I called Nu-Set and they said they don't offer a warranty on this lock. Based on the quality I'm not surprised. Stay away from this lock.

Do not buy

I bought two of these for our sheds. After a few weeks, on a cold day (between 40-50 degrees), they both stopped opening. We were able to open one lock later on, and we will be throwing that one away. We still cannot open the other lock. I called NuSet customer service. They suggested that I try all possible combinations because they think maybe I'm remembering the combo wrong! They did not offer any other help besides that. A waste of money.

Rusted after 1 month of outside use

Poor quality. Was used to lock the shed outdoors. Rusted in 1 month Unable to open the combination as the mechanism inside got rusted
