Fits nicely in the 18L Instant Omni Plus!

So far, super happy with this purchase. I am a big fan of Nordic Ware. They make a great flat sheet that nicely browns cookies. I purchased the combo set: 9 x 13 Rectangle Pan and the 9 x 9 Square Pan - both with lids. There was the tiniest dent in the rectangle pan. Not enough for me to return it over. Individually, they each fit nicelt into my Instant Omni Plus countertop oven. I don't think trying to cook or bake with them both in the oven at the same time will work out.

Ditch your non-stick pans!

These Nordic aluminum baking pans are great value for the money and always give me a good baking outcome. I have sworn off non-stick/Teflon pans, as they consistently overbrown the bottoms and dry out crusts.

If you’re used to commercial stuff in the kitchen then these are great. Covers are a little cheap. Still nice for quick storage.

Perfect size for a family of 3!

I ordered several of these pans so that I could prepare hotdishes in advance, freeze, thaw and pop in the oven or on the grill for quick easy delicious nutritious meals. So far they are the perfect size for meals and a next day left over lunch. Standard foil fits perfectly for heating. I use just a quick spray of non stick oil and clean up is so easy, no soaking even. They completely cook evenly as well! They sure have made life easier!

Recommend this Brand of pan if you are a serious baker.

I really like this pan. It is heavy duty. It evenly distributes the heat. It takes slightly longer to bake things through, but I knew that would be the case as it is a light coloured pan rather than a dark one. It cleans up easily. I have rediscovered a love of baking during the pandemic, so the bit higher price point was worth it to me to have a higher quality pan. I first bought this brand and model in a 9x13 inch version. I liked it so much, I now have it also in the 9x9 and 8x8 inch version as well.

Great quality made in America

I love this bakeware. For the first time ever my baking seems to be done in the time called for in the recipe. There is no burning or dryness around the edges. I am also using parchment paper.
