Better than expected!

Am so pleased with this pan! After reading lots of reviews and recommendations on how to prepare and clean the pan before and after baking, I am hooked. I just baked my first batch of cakelets today, and they came out perfectly. I did not have baking spray, so had to grease them by hand with Crisco, and then sprinkle with flour - a lengthy, arduous task, but well worth it. The cakes popped out practically on their own, and clean up was a breeze. The weight and finish of this pan is impressive, and I know it will last a long time. Nordic Ware does it again - Highly recommend!

Easy to turn out terrific cakelets

Loved this pan. Turned out perfect little leaf cakes. I tried other methods but this was magic. Cakes released easily and pan cleaned like a charm. Baking magic.

Adorable but very shallow.

Easy to clean and so cute! I use leaves with roses to share as gifts. Nordicware is the best!

Super cute

Use the pan to make pumpkin bread, it work really well. The bread come off easily since I use the baking spray. The pan itself feel nice and heavy.

Using this pan

Everyone loves the leaflets! Only fill The sections halfway for the leaves expand. You can get 2-3 bakes out of one regular cake mix. I would recommend buying at least two of these pans to save time when baking. I sprinkle the bottoms and tops liberally with powdered sugar and then, once cooled, sprinkle cinnamon sugar on the tops.

Great pan and cute cakes!

Love this pan. Cute and easy to use. I just spray with cooking oil and do not flour. They come out easy when hot. If you are putting chips in I recommend cooking 1/3 of the way (for me 4 minutes) and then adding the chips so they don’t sink to the bottom. Harder to get the cakes out then.

Exactly as expected

This cakelet pan is great, it was exactly as expected, and I actually prefer it over my other Nordic Ware cakelet pan - this one has beautiful detail for the leaves, but is still easy to clean (the dough didn't just get stuck in the detail).

well worth the outlay

Yes Nordic ware items are considered purchases but the quality is excellent and they will give even the simplest bake a special look. Make sure to use the reccommended easy release spray (Pam spray with flour) or a good quality equivalent.

Excellent bake pan, Nordic ware is good quality, hence the price tag. Nice universal design and not too big.
