Wow wow wow

So I received this today. I've been wanting one for so long cause I had this small crappy one. I used it today to make Puerto Rican sofrito. Let me just say this, PLEASE DO NOT put your finger in the container with that double blade in there. I learned the hard way and have had to wrap my middle finger several times because it took the tip of my finger skin clean off and gently too, there's a reason it's called Ninja. Use extreme caution when handling the sharp blades. So after , I screamed like a baby & my husband trying to help me stop the blood ( he'll never make it in any kind of medical care) LOL He wanted to wrap it in paper towel and duct tape ???????????????????????? I'm still bleeding thru bandaids wrapped tight on it , so I may go to urgent care to handle this bleeding. Anyways, if you're on the fence about buying this machine, BUY IT. It's an amazing machine. I highly recommend it.

Great machine

Our old blender finally gave up on us and decided to buy this one as it was highly rated and was a good price. When my wife saw it, she was put off by the blade configuration but after using the dough mixer blade and the chopping blade, she absolutely Loves it, giving me quite a few brownie points haha! I'd highly recommend it to any husband wanting to impress their wife!

Interesting Cuisinart Alternative

This replaced a 30-year-old Cuisinart which I purchased at Bloomies one fall afternoon. # I was intrigued. I have three other Shark Ninja products and I am very happy with all of them. # I don't believe that Cuisinart's quality is the same as it used to be. # The Ninja is significantly more powerful than any Cuisinart. Furthermore, the multi-layered 4-blade chopper (see photo) solves a problem which still exists on other devices. The chop is more even. At one point there is a two-inch difference between the upper and lower blade. What happens with other food processors is that the stuff at the bottom of the bowl is much finer than the stuff at the top of the bowl. The blades swirl but they don't homogenize vertically. This thing has plenty of power and a dough blade. I will always prefer my KitchenAid stand mixer for that task. Bowl, cover, pusher and blade are all top-rack dishwasher safe. Overall, this device is well-made and high quality. Concern: The unit comes with a reversible shred/slice disk. The slice is about 3 mm. Ninja offers no other disks so if you want thicker slices, thinner slices or julienne you are out of luck. I ditched six Cuisinart disks but I rarely used them.

Does what it's meant to do!

No issues with packaging or performance. I waited a while to purchase this but finally gave in. I needed this to quickly make my own healthy snacks at home from dates, nuts, berries, etc. This has been amazing. So worth the splurge.

Love this food processor!

I've have had this processor for a month and use it every day. Works great and gets the job done. Cut my finger handling the sharp blade, though, ouch.

I absolutely love this Ninja food processor I wasn't sure if I was going to like it but once using it it became my favorite. I threw my old Hamilton beech food processor in the trash it was useless and it got rusted. I made homemade dressings homemade tomato pasta sauce and I also make healthy chop salads everyday in it This is going to get a lot of use. Chopping up salads is time consuming and this only takes minutes to make a chop salad. In the cookbook that comes with it I have my eyes on the mixed berry tart that is found on the second to last page of the cookbooj that comes with this I might make this Easter. Looks so yummy. Buy this Ninja you will love it

Best ever processor.

I’ve purchased 4 prior to this and I’m sold on this!!! Love the lift from blades to effect bottom of bowl after chopping. I would buy it no hesitation. Kids Ned to be careful of sharp blades….

Best ever food processor

Why have I waited so long to buy a quality food processor. This is so much better than the the cheap ones. Its worth every penny because it doesn't mangle the produce and IT IS FAST. I have used it for all kinds of chopping and dough mixing. Makes food prep a breeze!!!

Great value!

As an avid home cook, I killed my last food processor after 5 years of use. I bought this one because NINJA has a reasonably good reputation. I really like it! for my own home use its great. I made the Naan bread recipe and it was delicious. I've made one loaf of bread easily using the dough blade. Adding a bit more flour helped pull the dough bits from the bowl and blade. It cleaned fairly easily with no areas that got wet on the inside of the handle. It fits together easily and has I nice release button to release the lid from the bowl. It's a good product! Does it's job. The only design flaw would be the food chute. Carrots or cucumbers fall to one side of the wide chute. No centre O to slide narrow veggies into. There is also no small hole in the food pusher to allow liquids IE: olive oil to be added slowly for things like mayonaise or milk etc. Its small enough to fit easily on my counter. It's a keeper for me.
