Very happy

These feel more light weight the the old hooks you find. Even with that being said, once there are on your board you’ll forget about it and no one will ever know. They work great and when priced individually, are very inexpensive. These fit my pegboard from Lowe’s. I was so happy with this purchase, I place a second order.

Not 1/4 " Peg Hooks

The description given as of 3/27/23 is that these are for 1/4" pegboard and doesn't mention 1/8", which left me with the impression they would be the heavy duty type, but the ones I got are 1/8". This is on the verge of false advertising.

Haven't stress tested but....

They seem to hold a fair amount of weight, I have a Black&Decker cordless drill with 20v battery attached and a standard claw hammer held on the same two hooks. They show no bend and feel sturdy enough for my needs.

The description given as of 3/1/23 is that these are for 1/4" pegboard and doesn't mention 1/8", which left me with the impression they would be the heavy duty type, but the ones I got would fit the 1/8" as well as the 1/4" pegboard. Otherwise they are fine.

Good item and value

These have worked out great for me. I started woodworking out of my garage. The previous homeowners already had pegboard up, so I just needed some hardware to hang tools. I got the 4” pack of 50 for $11.99 (Feb. 15, 2023). The 4” have been the perfect length for me, they’re reasonably strong, and hang in the pegboard with no problems. I’ve re-ordered when I almost used up the first batch.

Pegboard hook lottery

I had bought a package of those in 2017, and they were fantastic. Fair price, and very sturdy. The best example I have is a large sledgehammer hanging off of one with no flex and no sign of slipping away. I've bought a second package last month (2020) and they barely hold their own weight. Try to hold anything heavier than a pair of gloves and they slide right out of the board. As seen in the picture, a visual comparison shows that the 'ears' of the hook on the new batch are simply not long enough and bent enough to hold in the board at all compared to the older batch. Reading other comments, this seems to happen more often than not. Very unfortunate considering that they were able to produce a high quality product at one point in time.

Not as described.

These are 1/8" pegboard hooks for 1/8" pegboards, and they are not for 1/4" pegboards, as the description clearly states. In a 1/4" pegboard, they are loose and want to fall out when removing items from the hooks. I also have a 1/8" pegboard in my workroom and I tried them in it and they work well for that. However, the description says they are for 1/4".

A very good product

These hooks are heavier than the cheaper models that you can find on here and at your local hardware stores. As you can see I have hung my embroidery threads, sewing tools, hoops, sewing threads and ribbons up to free up a huge amount of space. There is another room with all the serger threads hung up as well. The hooks are very sturdy and were strong enough to hang the embroidery hat frame up. It's fairly heavy. The buying process was fast, efficient and thanks to amazon prime I had them in two days even on a Sunday. 50 hooks is a terrific deal and for normal people probably would be enough, more than enough LOL. In all we had to order over a 1,000 hooks over a 3 week period and never had a problem with quality or speedy processing. I hope this helps. Cheers.

Not straight

These are a great quality for the price. The Issue we have is they are not straight when out into the peg board. They sit at a about an upward 30 degree angle from the board. It was easy enough to bend them a bit so that they sit straight . Over all we would recommend just be prepared to tweak them if you want them sitting straight
