Nice, but not useable

Although it's advertised as a 3" drain grate, this WILL NOT fit inside a 3" ID drain pipe. It measures about 3 1/8". So it's back to the drawing board and this thing goes in the junk Odds'n'Ends pile.

Could not locate the drain grates and any pool stores. Amazon was the go to and the price was amazing and speed of delivery.
